Living it Up

There are only two reasons this was not a 5 star stay for us..... DO NOT plan a stay here if there is much of a chance for snow / ice..... The driveway must be a 10% grade straight up for at least a 1/4 mile.... The cabin needed a good deep cleaning but over all was suitable.... Don’t get us wrong the Cabin is very nice and the kitchen is OUTSTANDING!!!! Would definitely stay here again unless there is snow and I wasn’t lucky enough to have 4 wheel drive!!!

The little blue cottage

Fantastic property located in the heart of Kentucky's horse farm meca. We were just passing through and stayed one night but wished we had more time to stay at this little cottage. Highly recommend.

Best cabin in the Smokies!

We have taken our Tennessee mountain trip every year (sometimes twice/yr) for the past 5 years and this was the best cabin we have ever stayed in! It's a little bit of a drive from any store but I'll take that over annoying neighbors and bad upkeep on a property. That's another thing here, the experience with elk springs resort agency is far better than the others when it comes to customer service, property maintenance and booking. We can't say enough, awesome place and awesome trip!
