The cabin was very nice and clean. But I wasn't aware of the 10 or 15 steep steps that you had to go up to get into the cabin.

Great place away from the insanity of the touristy towns
My family and I had a great stay. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. It’s about 10-15 minute drive to Gatlinburg or the National Park. My husband and I loved the hot tub; our kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend this place!

This stay was perfect - location was great - about 20 min outside of Gatlinburg. My kids loved the pool table and hot tub. Just make sure you bring your own coffee and extra detergent.

We had a great stay in the cabin the only drawback was saw what appears to be molding on the ceiling in the upstairs near the stairs and pool table area. I have photos if you would like to see them.

Cabin was exactly as listed. Very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals except we couldn't find hot pads. We did have some issues connecting to the wifi as there was different info posted in a couple different spots, but did eventually get the right one. We did send an email and didn't receive a response back. Which wasn't a big deal since we did get it handled. Location was very quiet and the hot tub was also nice. Would just suggest a step to get into the hot tub might be helpful;)

Needs better cleaning, the ceiling fans & globs were really dusty.
Dirty soured towels left downstairs bathroom closet. Back porch so dusty, dirty, spiderwebs couldn’t even use it. Downstairs vent return very dusty, could only imagine what filter looked like. The utensils drawer in kitchen dirty, Red gloves mit very nasty, put it in laundry room to be washed,Need better cleaning service,

We enjoyed the quiet. We came in from the city where its always loud and busy. It felt amazing to slow down and enjoy the peace and quiet that white oak lodge and resort offered. We loved that traffic around the cabin was minimal and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. If we ever vacation in or near Gatlinburg again White oak lodge and resort will be our goto
