A warmer welcome, smile, or pleasantry from check in staff wouldn’t go amiss. They were very efficient through, which I appreciated. Room was well appointed, very clean and well lit. Tea making facilities and a fridge ( albeit not that cold). Good shower. Very close to terminal. Ideal for early morning flight.
