The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa offers 343 accommodations with safes and complimentary bottled water. Overall the Westin delivered on a nice beachside property with very friendly staff. Great location and super helpful employees. The hotel and facilities were generally clean however, the pool needs to be cleaned more often. There was usually a lot of debris in it. The bug problem seemed pretty well under control, but I did find a dead cockroach next to my bed the day we left. I would recommend it overall but just be aware of these cons.

Although, the staff and the hotel premises were exemplary, the pettiness of imposing a $25.00 charge for the use of a microwave to heat up a small portion of food that was left over from a meal, on only 1 occasion, is both baffling and unacceptable particularly in view of the fact that in addition to the room charges we paid $75.00 supplementary charges per night as required. The lack of good will is remarkable, and, for this reason alone, we will not be booking any future stays at any of the Westin hotels. It is truly sad to see that a hotel of this caliber and reputation stoops to such low standards. Tired of being nickel and dimed by the hotel.

Good property, u never gave to leave if u don’t want to. Cabs always available on sight. Close to airport. Beach nice. Pool nice, can always get food on the premise, 24/7. $75 a day resort fee is a little annoying and seems unfair, considering every drink and meal has a gratuity tax built in. Overall a very nice hotel and private beach access that I would certainly visit again.

Where do I begin? This was truly one of the best vacation experiences we have had. Property was updated, impeccably clean, friendly staff, several dining choices. Our room was beautiful. We loved the acoustic music in the evenings. Unlike other resorts, we never had a lack of seating on the beach or by the pool. Staff went above & beyond and was extremely friendly & helpful - every single one of them! We will stay at The Westin every single time we return to this beautiful island. Can't wait for our next trip!

This is a beautiful property along a gorgeous stretch of 7-mile beach. The ocean is clear, clean, and the perfect temperature! Drink/food service beachside was prompt. The servers are very friendly. The on-site restaurants were all great! Everything on Cayman is very expensive, and the prices here are comparable to what you will find anywhere else. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, and it was lovely. Room was spacious, clean, and up to date. The room was cleaned daily except for one day when a tropical storm was coming through, and all staff were sent home early. I have NO complaints about this beautiful hotel, and I would highly recommend it.
