Nice rooms and bathrooms, centrally located, clean with a separate sitting area, decent coffee and tea appliances, good sized bathroom and room. No issues so far, would recommend to anyone staying in Auckland.

Have stayed at The Grand previously but first time to have breakfast at the Terrace. Food selection is good but layout can be improved. People bumping into each other going from one station to another and their tables. Al fresco seating preferable over indoor (lights dim and can get noisy during busy hours). Overall stay was still pleasant. Dined at Metita and it was amazing!
