A satisfactory stay. The room was a bit worn out, hanging light fittings which needed fixing but on the whole a nice comfortable room. The hotel was very busy and the lifts were super busy and full at each floor.

We celebrated my sister’s birthday at The Grand by Skycity and had a wonderful experience. The friendly staff greeted us warmly, and check-in was seamless. We arrived early, but they kindly stored our luggage until our room was ready. The lobby is beautifully decorated with tall vases of stunning flowers, creating a lovely atmosphere. Conveniently located on the same floor as the lobby are the Cassia and Metita restaurants. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a thoughtful gift and handwritten card for my sister. The rooms are cozy but clean, with comfortable beds and full-size windows offering a great city view from the 16th floor. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities. While I’m not a fan of Chromecast, I found the overall experience to be excellent. If you're seeking reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable accommodation in Auckland's CBD, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Our whole experience was absolute luxury throughout. The valet service was impeccable. The valet service was very warm and welcoming upon arrival, they could not assist us enough. This continued through to check-in. The rooms spacious and once again felt like luxury. Thank you once again your customer service was impressive.
