Great place to stay
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their establishment was clean and welcoming and hours the hot pools were open were convenient. I liked the fact they had pools indoors and outdoors and their water alide was fun. I have been recommending this place to friends and family since our stay. It was wonderful!

Not worth the money
Overall condition of the hotel looks to have been last updated 20 years ago. The rooms were outdated with water damage visible on the ceiling. The water in the shower felt like it was cutting through your skin and constantly dripped. The restaurant took about 1 hour to get the food after ordering and was not good, they were not busy so no excuse there. The pools inside and out could use a good cleaning. The water slide and stairwell also need a good cleaning.

Check in went fine, the front desk worker wasn’t the friendliest. The entire hotel was extremely warm. Go to room and it is literally 72 in there, attempt to turn on the air and it just blows out hot air. Turned it all the way down and left the room, when we came back hours later it was 80 in the room! Luckily we were able to open the patio door for cooler air. There was a coffee machine and cups but no coffee or anything else for coffee; ex. stir sticks, powder creamer, sugar. You had to make reservations for dinner 2hours in advance to eat at any of the restaurants there. So we ended having to travel to other town to eat. Did eat at the buffet and the service was awful. Never cleared our plates nor refilled our waters or coffee. Just overall the experience was just mediocre. Definitely not worth the two hundred a night price.

Beautiful area, family fun, but expensive.
The hot springs was wonderful, the room was clean enough, water was hot, the balcony was wonderful, surrounding landscape was gorgous, lots to see if you want to walk around the area and the staff was nice. The beds sunk into the middle, the room had NO sound control (which made sleeping difficult), the coffee pods were hidden in the desk (which was odd) and the chair on the balcony were not comfortable to sit it, food prices were very high and not very good. Overall it was a good stay, but not worth the cost. I would do a day trip for sure, but not stay overnight. The hotel and area have HUGE potential, but they need to raise the standards to the cost.

The pool/hot springs were the best part. The room Was clean, comfortable and spacious but far from quiet. It’s like the people in the next room and hallway were in the room with us. It’s a pretty pricey place as well but it was a nice relaxing experience over all. We did eat in the cafe and it was a good experience.

I had an incredible stay at the Fairmont Hot Springs Hotel last weekend! The natural hot springs were absolutely rejuvenating and the perfect way to unwind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The on-site dining options were delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to visit again!

Fairmont is a mediocre hot springs experience. We go for the water slide experience for the kids. It's clean enough. Staff are pleasant. The rooms are pretty noisy. Shower curtains always smell bad, and the food is ok-but priced very high. Upon arrival we were told the air conditioning was not running, that they turn it off during the day. It was off all night as well. That was unfortunate because it was 80 degrees when we arrived.

We did not have hot water to shower. And at 6am an alarm went off for over an hour in a neighboring room. Rooms are not very sound proof. This was suppose a relaxing trip for our family.
