The front desk staff was so helpful and courteous. I didn’t catch the gentle man’s name but he had long curly hair he wore in a pony tail and had light colored eyes. He was super helpful and the ladies working with him were also very kind and attentive. Definitely coming back here.

Everything was great. The only thing I don’t like the doors of washroom in the room. The doors has gap from both the sides other person can easily see inside. So if you travelling with your patient then it’s good but if you are travelling with someone else then it embarrassing.

Breakfast was excellent. The only complaint would be the elevator. In the mornings is very busy and it could take up to 20 minutes for the elevator. Couple of times we used the stairs, we were on the 20th floor.

The staff was amazing during check in and evey time we entered the front door. The staff at check out helped us get a taxi. Every morning the breakfast was hot and satisfying. The location was right by a subway so that was super convenient.

This hotel is very convenient to the 28th street #1 train going south to Battery park and north to Central Park and beyond. staff is wonderful! Always get the second floor with balcony. Great added space while spouse gets ready or sleeps.

They charged me a daily fee for having a room w a view. But you wouldn’t know it because it’s called some stupid building name fee. Also, apparently I was getting charged a fee per day for the “free wifi”. Do better, Townplace/Marriott!
