Great solo trip to NYC
Check-in and out was a breeze. Staff were friendly and room was clean. The lifts were really slow though and the queues for breakfast was massive that I ended up packing to eat in my room instead which was fine.

Great clean and comfortable room in the heart of Midtown- walking distance to Times Square and attractions. Free breakfast every morning was a highlight to starting our days off, and luggage storage. Staff is friendly and made the stay welcoming

Overall this hotel stay was just so-so… I liked that I had a microwave and mini fridge but the room did not meet my expectations for the price. First off, the rooms are tiny, and while they advertised a king bed, it definitely was smaller than a king (maybe a queen). The hotel elevators are slow because there are so many rooms that 4 elevators aren’t enough to service all the floors. In addition, because the hotel is quite large, breakfast is a mad house.

Perfect for weekend trips
My best friend and I did a long weekend and this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was a bonus having the small kitchenette in the room, that way if we wanted to bring dinner leftovers home, we could. But also, making tea or coffee in the room was nice since trying to go down for breakfast was almost impossible. The line was very long and we opted to go out for breakfast bagels instead. The only “bad” thing about the room is that the pillows were a little too soft so you’ll need both to layer and sleep on. Room and bathroom were very clean and they cleaned the room each day so it was nice getting clean towels everyday.

Man, I really appreciate this place. VERY clean. Normal New York size but not uncomfortable at all! Staff was very very nice. We would absolutely stay here again ❤️

Great hotel in NYC, location is great for exploring with the subway at the end of the block and lots of tourist attractions 20/30 mins walk away. Breakfast offer great can get busy but is well organised. Lots of comments about the lifts before I booked they can be frustrating waiting for them but it didn’t impact our stay
