Brilliant stay
Really good stay with helpful staff, the rooms are lovely & modern with all features needed for a city break couldn’t find any faults here only small downside is the rooms are small but ample for a short stay. Only negative for this hotel is the breakfast, no where near enough room for guests with long waits for a table, food options were average with not much variety. Overall a very good stay and I would return here.

Great short stay
It was great. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. We kept our bags there after checkout. Breakfast was crowded and not the best food, but it didn’t matter too much because we wanted to get out into the city anyway.

We have to take the stairs to walk down for breakfast because the elevator didn't stop on our floor. The elevator is always full of people from the top floors.

Outstanding place
Absolutely wonderful place. The convinience of having kitchenette, plus breakfast including was absolute star. Anna at reception was so kind and friendly. Another bonus is there is coffee or tea that you can have from the main floor at any time of the day.....The mattress was great which was important to me. Looks like this hotel is fairly new, so still have that new feel to it.

Overall, the stay was good. However, during check-in, I felt that the staff could have been more courteous. The front desk attendant processed everything very quickly, and I sensed a hint of irritation when I asked a couple of questions. The welcome was not pleasant at all. The hotel is in a great location, close to metro stations, restaurants, bars, and more. The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast was varied, and everything was delicious. During check-out, the guy with a very cool style was very kind and helpful.
