Great value
This hotel was cheaper than most we have stayed at in new zealand but the welcome was friendly and efficient, the room had everything you needed, the bed was comfortable and our room had a large balcony. Although on the road, we were not disturbed by any noise overnight. Overall a great value stay.

I cant help but give this place 5 stars all the way through! the staff were sooo easy to deal with and accommodating to late arrivals with lights and heater on when we arrived. The glass bottles of milk are amazing! This place is a must for any family!

Great location, walking distance to everything you could need. Room was available early which was great coz it was a long weekend so very busy. Comfy bed and spacious. Room service was missed after first night but not really a major and the balcony didn't lock and had a fire escape ladder straight up to the room from the street which had my partner concerned as there was no in Room safe. But I mean it's Geraldine so if course there was no incident and would def stay again based on price and location

I cannot recommend them enough. Thorston and Caroline were wonderful hosts and were extremely helpful with changing my booking when I had to stay longer in Geraldine due to repairs to my car. It was also wonderful that my dog was able to stay in the unit with me.

We had the 2 story 2 bedroom unit for 4 adults and 2 children, it was just right, nice and warm comfortable and quite. Only downside is we had two vehicles but only parking for one. Other vehicle parked on the street but there's a camera watching so all good.

The first time we stayed here, we were in a different room. Had a very powerful shower which we loved. This time we were in a different room and to the right of the office. Shower was not as good. Single beds were too soft, as we prefer firm beds. Think it maybe an older section of the Motel.
