Centrally located in Ocean village. Charming Christmas decor. Good quality cocktails. Only negative was the view from our room as it was adjacent to the staff entrance and very busy with people coming and going right past the window.

Staying on a luxury Yacht, definitely added some spice to the trip. The amenities are very modern and the room was surprisingly spacious. It does take a bit of time to get acquainted with the the control station in the room (lights, air con etc), but this is a minor quibble. All the staff were very pleasant and always helpful. The gym is rudimentary, but serviceable. The on spa facilities were great and I had a very pleasant massage. The room service was also excellent. The food was delicious and provided well within the alloted time frame, despite the kitchen being clearly busy. Everything is within comfortable walking distance and is ideally situated for the solo traveller. Overall, I can highly recommend 👌

Glad that I followed a tip from others to ask for accomodation on the runway side of the boat, as the other side was very noisy. Breakfast buffet was great.

Bedroom inferior to previous visit and apparently no exchange available. How come? Patently not full. Suspect whole floors closed off. Glass door on the bathroom adjacent to the front door giving a full view of your guest sitting on the toilet!!! Not a pretty sight. Humiliating.

After realising that you don't board the ship from the ramp at the back but from around the side we were made to feel both welcomed and special with a glass of bubbly even before check in which was seamless The only cautionary note i would give is that bathroom privacy is somewhat diminished as there is no door and the shower cubicle can be viewed by inadvertently opening the wardrobe door (Unusual to say the least )and the toilet is only partioned off by another glass door Umm !! otherwise staff and service are excellent with those nice caring touches that the best hotels do effortlessly

The nightclub outside played music until 6 am on Friday night. This is a weekly occurrence so dont stay here from Thursday until Monday . Be warned awful . The hotel itself is nice and staff friendly. Will not stay here again

The Hotel is clean and boat is interesting but the service is far from 5 Star. The tall blonde mature man in the bar/ breakfast area who wears black glasses offers zero service in the bar. I complained about his poor service but it was simply put down to the bar being busy!!! The Bar was actually 95% empty at the time so I disagree with this excuse. It was also very disappointing that the same guy blanked both me and my wife at breakfast and offered zero service. Clearly he knew I had complained about him and therefore totally failed in his job role of serving and supporting ALL the visiting guests. I will give further detailed feedback via Trip Advisor. This guys behaviour meant we did not eat or drink at the Sunborn outside of breakfast as his ability to provide basic customer care was simply shocking, so we drank and ate away from the hotel each day.

Excellent hotel, service was wonderful. Transportation around the rock was available within a short walk. Variety of restaurants close by, as well as great food on board. The accommodation was of a very high standard.

I know that this might be hard to believe, but I didn’t pay much attention to the details of the hotel when I was booking it, except for breakfast included. Imagine my surprise a few days later that I was going to be staying on a yacht! I’ve been on several cruises and so I know the high standards of service and luxury you can get. It’s the same for this hotel. Superb in every way. Words I would use, breathtaking, comfortable, luxurious, top of its game. I cannot recommend it enough and I am determined to return for a longer stay, but this time with my wife so we can both enjoy this superb place.

Sunborn - FANTASTIC!
Love the Sunborn, always have a nice stay here. Great location in Ocean Village. Places to eat onboard, plus lots of places nearby.
