For the money spent , rooms need to be updated , please put a microwave inside rooms. The water slides need repairs, they were too rough on the back and uneven when sliding down. The lazy river had some rough spots. Check in online beats the long lines. Check out was great all online.

Relaxing fun!
We love to stay here on our way to Southern Arizona. The gym and water park are great and the pool at the spa is relaxing. The only negative is Aunt Chilada’s Terrible food and margaritas.

A perfect family destination! Really enjoyed the water park! Worth it! Got a room close to the water park with balcony. Really convenient! Fitness cavity was large and nice! Spa amenities were basic. Spa pool area was relaxing (adults only) - peaceful area to hang out and a short walk. Entire property was walkable but they had A LOT of golf carts available to pickup. Took golf cart to Mexican restaurant. Took hotel shuttle to steak restaurant. Loved having this easy access. Both restaurants were worth it! Rustler’s Roost was AMAZING! Great sunset view of city, amazing steak and free cotton candy for dessert. Yum! Water park was busy. We could always get 1-2 chairs to put our stuff anytime of the day. Online food order was efficient. Unfortunately they did not have servers visit the chairs - that service would have been nice. Only get 4 water park bands per room - even if you get a room for 5 people. So, plan to pay an additional per night fee if you’re 5 people. I think it was $40/ night. Overall - a FUN Phoenix property!

Lazy river was fun but crowded! Towels were easy to grab after pool time and the water by the pools were helpful. Room service came the first day but did not come the second day unfortunately. Room was nice, we had a pool view on one side of our window but had the parking lot view from our balcony. Bathroom was very small.
