Had a fantastic stay for my mums birthday weekend! The rooms were fab, the deco outstanding and very clean and tidy. They had everything you needed ❤️ Fantastic team on check in/ out and even complimentary upgrade breakfasts from Patricia, 👌 which after a good few drinks the night before we managaed and they went down a treat! Ashleigh on breakfast was great, chatty and very cheery in the morning. Made it a great vibe compared to other places that are very dull. Made my morning! Thanks again, and will be back soon :)

Value for money was good and the location. Hotel had arrangement with Q car park which meant it was about half price. The room however felt cold and we struggled to warm it up which we needed in January. This didn't spoil our stay however.

Great location although we barely left. There was a music festival on and the music was first class. It was very busy but the staff were very efficient and kept a smile on their faces too. The room was spotless and very quiet, surprised and at this as the hotel was busy

Wow! I have travelled and stayed in many hotels around the world and can actually say... this has to be one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Such a lovely warm welcome at reception. Staff all so friendly. Gorgeous clean rooms with toiletries. Comfortable firm bed. Use of executive lounge with snacks and softdrink. We had a gorgeous view of the river and city. Late check out was an added bonus. Would stay again here in a heartbeat. Well done!

Fantastic
Fantastic nights stay in the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Glasgow. We had an executive corner room which was very spacious and comfy, also with the added benefit of the executive lounge with free refreshments and snacks. We decided to have dinner in the bar/restaurant which was very nice and reasonable.

Cold room in winter
Probably due to wrong time of year but room 402 bathroom was freezing like you were stepping outside in winter ,had plug in heater on in room which was battling the cold coming in from bathroom so ended up closing door. Apart from room being very cold due to winter the hotel is lovely but overpriced at bar and restaurant . Would return in better weather

Cleaning was bad, they forgot to remove some blood stains at the shower and some other small mistakes. Room was really cold and heater didnt work that well (also turned off automatically after 1 hour when the room was finally starting to become normal temperature). Breakfast was good, but the same every day. Location is pretty good with malls around and the staff are very friendly. Overall this felt more like a 3* hotel.

Ok hotel
The hotel was ok, few things that could be improved on. The cost of food was very high compared to similar hotels we have stayed in. We only had 1 bath towel when the booking was for 2. The room we booked was the executive super king it comes with late checkout but that isn’t advertised anywhere so maybe that needs highlighting. I could hear the train station which was slightly annoying. I felt the room could have been larger for it be called an executive. We were in room 707 and the windows were dirty and the inner screen was broken.

Hotel was beautiful. Reception area was welcoming, clean. Staff were very happy, polite & professional. Our room was on the 7th floor, lift & corridor area very clean. Room was very spacious, modern, & had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We had lovely view of the Clyde from our room, which was beautiful at night. Bed was comfortable, we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely, staff were very attentive & polite. Breakfast area very clean, a lot of different options available. Check out was easy, checked our details, asked if we needed anything else & if we enjoyed our stay. Staff member was professional, polite & seemed happy to be at work. Overall very impressed with hotel, food & staff.
