Stayed here for the second time, we always find it a great place to stay, easy to get to and everything you need. Love the hotel room facilities inc the lovely bathroom. Facilities are always great. Breakfast wasn’t as good this time, maybe a new chef or just not cooked as well… also requested an omelette one morning and they said they were too busy to make that. Disappointing when they offer every other type of egg?

Missed the details for a true 4 star spa stay
Couple of weird things here that just knocked points off this spa experience for me. Not taking AmEx? In 2024? Mental considering the ease and standard fees these days. Those staying in the hotel can't just robe up and go down to the spa..because there's no bathrobes. So you're carting all your stuff down to use their to be honest slightly manky showering facilities instead of the gorgeous bathroom ones. I've never been somewhere that didn't have provisions for the guests to have robes and slippers if they advertise as a spa hotel. So pack suitable clothing if you want to get back to your room to clean up! Restaurant was nice, decent priced food and cocktails, lovely patio space to relax. Bed was comfy but pillows were very flat. Would've liked to have seen different support options but appreciated all were synthetic for alergies!

Clean, convenient and comfy hotel.
We had a one night stop over while visiting family in Scotland and selected the Parklands Hotel as it was ideally place between Glasgow and Aire. The hotel was lovely. Our bedroom was spacious and everywhere was spotlessly clean. In fact probably the cleanest hotel we've stayed in in quite a while. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. We would most definitely book the Parklands Hotel again.

Great Hotel for a 1-2 night break
Firstly I would like to start by saying I will be back. Was booked as a 2 night couples break and use the spa facilities. The hotel and clean, well ran and the rooms was a great size. Food and Drink served in Michaels attached to the Hotel was great and the servers were excellent. and the spa was fantastic, on of the best steam rooms I have used.
