Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, well maintained property indoors and outdoors. Beds were VERY comfortable! The price is unbeatable! One star deducted for charging $10-$13 a day for parking. This is truly in the middle of nowhere with ample parking spaces. This isn't Denver, there's no need for such absurdity. Nothing but a money grab. Still WAY cheaper than anything in Rifle or Glenwood Springs and would come again!

Great price spacious room staff were very nice hotel had a pool and hot tub. The only thing I didn’t like was that they charge you 14 dollars to park your car in the parking lot. I think just add that to cost of the hotel room up front instead of an added charge. How else am I going to get there public transportation isn’t an option.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Stayed 1 one night while traveling though. The extra $14/ vehicle to park was unexpected and seems silly not to be included in the price of the room, since they have a big parking lot and the location is rurally located.

Hotel is not located in Prime area but they charge $14 for Car parking. Breakfast is also paid 14.50 for adult and 12 for kids , no free buffet. There is no free coffee or hot water available at front desk . Will never stay at this hotel again ,not a family friendly hotel.

Nice and friendly

The stay was comfortable and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers are up graded and nice. Pet friendly as well.
