The hotel has misrepresented that they have a seating area and a restaurant in an outside patio. It is run by a vendor and you aren’t allowed to sit in the area unless you’re buying breakfast or some kind of food. You also can’t sit in the outside patio so we had nowhere to gather with friends and, hang out. They also charged $15 a night for parking which on Travelocity doesn’t show any cost for parking.

The pub was a great idea, but the execution is lacking. Breakfast was sadly disappointing. I thought I was going to get real eggs because I was told that they would cook them if requested, but they were just processed, over-salted rehydrated (or similar) eggs. The waffles were processed similar to egos. The breakfast is definitely definitely not worth paying for. The lobby was adorable and whoever the manager is must be really into Halloween because we went there in mid September and it was completely decorated for Halloween. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I liked how quiet the air conditioning was. I was glad that other reviews mentioned the $14 parking fee. That fee seems very ridiculous as the lot was not even near full. If you want to charge $14 for parking, just raise the price of the rooms. As I said, I was glad that I knew about it so I didn’t get angry, but it is a ridiculous fee and just a way to raise the rates while still making it appear that the price is very low. At the time that I rented my room, it was $67 per night. I would gladly have paid $82 for the room, so there is no need to hide $14 as a parking fee. The room still would’ve shown up as a low-cost room when I searched for it on Expedia. For me, the biggest point is that it was clean. Clean, clean, clean. I loved that. The silicone around the bathroom walls and shower was either freshly done or very well cleaned on an ongoing basis. I love that.

It was a good experience, when we first got there. The room that we got was adequate and the bathroom was dirty. I didn't complain, and then we were staying night tonight but I had to 3-day reserved room and on the third day I had to switch rooms, I didn't understand why, and then we switched rooms and then the clerk said we could stay in the previous room. I just stayed in the new room. I wasn't about to move everything back. Other than that it was a great experience. The staff was friendly but not very informative about things in the area or surrounding areas which was kind of weird. Anyway, I'm sure if I would have complained about the bathroom being dirty it would have been cleaned, I just thought it was weird that the bed was made and everything else but the bathroom being dirty and the towels being on the floor. Thank you.

This property is doing everything to nickel and dime you. Parking fee when the parking lot is virtually empty. No shampoo and conditioner just one ridiculously small body and soap combo. Breakfast for a cost and they have one small thing of coffee by the front desk as they keep an eagle eye on it. We would not stay again. The staff blames the owners. So unprofessional.

Room and property was clean. My biggest issue with staying there were the things you had to pay for that are usually included. $14 per night for parking was excessive considering the property is located in Parachute, CO, not someplace like New York City where space and parking are at a premium. Breakfast was also an additional fee. They also charged an additional $5 per extra person beyond a single traveler. These extra fees make the room seem more reasonably priced than it actually is. Be sure to look carefully at the extra costs when comparing to other places to stay as the low rate is not what you will be paying.

It was a nice stay. We stopped by to spend the night. We were happy with the friendly service from the staff. The room and the washroom were clean and spacious. Their dining room was closed when we arrived, therefore we cannot comment on how good their food is. There are fewer dining options nearby - one Chinese restaurant, one Mexican place. and a few fast-food places.

Backyard was not taken care of. The dining area and pub were closed on a holiday weekend because they only have one employee running it. HIRE a 2nd employee for Gods sake!!!! Staff was great but a separate charge for parking @ $14/night? And $14.95 for a continental breakfast?!? WHAT?!?!?!?

We are in the restaurant in Tuesday night. Lorrie, who was the greeter, the waitress, the cook and the bus person, was awesome. The food was amazing, and her sense of humor was awesome. She was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and very reasonable price.
