I was pretty disappointed in room 117, tv did not work, the phone didn’t work, phone line couldn’t stay in the phone jack. Then found out the boiler was turned off today. October 6th. No hot water for 3 hours and check out was an hour away. Barely had warm water. For $300 a night, I would expect a warm shower would be expected. Not impressed.

I have never been given a room in the basement of a hotel. The room was less than accommodating. I arrived about an hour before the posted 4:00 checkin and the front desk clerk a was very rude. Didn’t start the experience off on the right foot.

Put in the “basement” with a room with broken AC, moved to a suite (no extra charge) but at least the AC worked… filthy laminate wood floors ,, filthy carpet by the elevator ,, just dirty all around.. unfriendly check in employee. Breakfast way below average, won’t stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here and had a room on the first floor. The walls must have been thin, because we could always here noise from the hallway. We were also near the breakfast area and one night a HUGE group of tourists met there until late into the night and it was quite loud. The rooms are clean, but dated.

Stayed here multiplied or times, and typically we love it here! We still had a great time. The one thing that was disappointing was the lack of staff watching the breakfast area. We were here for 3 nights and each morning it was a unique experience. First day I had to go to the front desk because there was no milk at all aside from an inch in the gallon that was frozen solid. There was no fruit out, not even a bowl showing where the fruit was. There was just nothing. Now after I asked about milk someone did come out and did restock all the breakfast items in a panic adding some muffins and pastries. Next two mornings were somewhat similar, although there was fruit but only bananas and they were super squishy and last the good point to eat. Rooms themselves were clean and nice. Check in was great, as was the pool. We left 5 bikes in the bike rack at night with no locks and they were fine. We felt safe. Wil I book here again, yes, just don’t expect and amazing breakfast :)

Honestly, the first night was not good, with a dog on one side and a baby in the other room, crying during the night. I woke up many times during the night, The fan was loud and I had to turn it off even though I felt warm enough to sleep. the second night was much better without this sound. I think having a specific area room for babies and dogs is better. I also miss scramble eggs for breakfast.

Great property with very convenient location. East walk to Iron Mtn hot springs. Pleasantly surprised by condition of hotel. Yes, it's older, but it was in great shape and very clean, with very friendly staff. Would be great for families as pool area looked fun and gondola to Adventure Park right outside front door.

The hotel is aging and needs many touch-ups. The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom drywall and door definitely need work. The biggest frustration is the slow elevator, shared by 4 floors of guests and staff. The breakfast is super basic pre-packaged. No protein. The good news is the indoor pool and slide and game room make it super family friendly, and pets are welcome, too.
