Nossa experiência.
Razoável. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado do quarto, pelo horário não tinham técnicos para verificar, mas resolveram nos mudando de quarto, chato por mudar de quarto, mas felizes por ter o serviço do ar novamente. Já sabíamos que não possuíam uma.piscina, mas a falta de uma fez falta em um dia quente, jardim é lindo e o local do café da manhã é muito agradavel, mesmo o café não sendo bem variado. Estacionamento é pago, valor de 15 reais a diária, hotel não tem uma boa vizinhança, mas fica localizado próximo a bairros melhores e com um comércio mais variado.

Bom Hotel
Fico neste hotel desde a sua inauguração e percebo ele reduzir cuidados com manutenção e limpeza. Sofri um escorregão(á noite ao retornar) no meu apartamento no primeiro dia (214) e quase me machuquei. A causa era um poça d'água próximo a janela causada ou pela geladeira ou pelo ar-condicionado (apesar de quando cheguei não havia a poça d'água). Não fiquei no apartamento pois logo na minha chegada acabei saindo e retornei á noite. Falei com a portaria e pedi troca de apartamento. Fui muito bem atendido e mudei para o 215. Bem melhor apartamento mas precisam limpar a ducha do chuveiro (furos impregnados com calcário) e encontrei formigas no balcão próximo á janela. De resto foi tudo ok e o atendimento é ótimo.

Muito caro por um serviço básico.
Muito conceito pouca entrega. No site diz pra ficar tranquilo e pagar no hotel, mas na verdade isso é uma armadilha, pois o hotel não parcela, como no site. Foram cobradas todas a diárias a vista, por um recepcionista muito antipático inclusive. A cama é a única coisa que salva o quarto, mas ele é muito pequeno para ela, tem-se que atravessar de lado no pé da cama. O chuveiro é bom mas o box não comporta e transborda pra fora no banheiro. O isolamento acústico é terrível, se escuta tudo, elevador, movimento do corredor, gemidos e camas batendo nos quartos vizinhos. O café da manhã é bom, a área externa é bonita. Em uma das noites que estivemos, o restante tinha sido alugado pra uma confraternização, barulho extra e gente estranha circulando nas áreas comuns. Enfim, serviço básico, com alguns conceitos que não mudam muito a experiência, apenas gurmetizam e encarecem a diária.

Apartamento com acústica ruim, todos os dias pela manhã fui acordada pelo movimento do corredor/ elevador que ficava próximo ao meu quarto. Localização central, porém os melhores restaurantes/ baladas ficam mais próximo ao shopping Flamboyant (que fica a 20 min do hotel). Custo x benefício razoável. Não voltaria.

tem serviço de limpeza, mas não é aquelas coisas, no máximo passam um pano no chão, o atendimento no restaurante foi péssimo, uma garçonete muito arrongante e comida muito demorada. Tv a cabo, pra uma diária cara pelo menos uma tv smart. Unico ponto bom é a localização.
