The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

Ótimo custo benefício! Quarto limpo, seguro, estacionamento no subsolo, sem taxa. Não estão servindo café da manhã nesse período de restrições devido a pandemia.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!

Apesar do local trazer muita praticidade para mim e minha amiga por ser perto do local em que precisávamos estar presente, a estadia no hotel foi péssima. Passamos três noites no hotel e quase não conseguimos um travesseiro, não tinha cobertor, quando chegamos no quarto ele estava meio sujo, nós solicitamos que a limpeza fosse feita e a mesma só foi realizada no último dia. As fotos não condizem muito com o que é proporcionado. A única coisa que compensou mesmo foi a praticidade por estar perto do Centro de Convenções.

Mediano, depende muito do que você procura se hospedando na propriedade, fui a um congresso, busquei economia sabendo que não seria nenhuma experiência incrível… O quarto não era novo, tinha um ar pesado, a tomada ficava longe da cama, o ar condicionado era daqueles antigos de parede, mas funcionava… A dinâmica deles com a lavanderia é péssima, minhas amigas que ficaram em outro quarto ficaram sem travesseiro (uma delas) e eu fui consegui um cobertor apenas na ultima noite de estadia, nos outros tivemos que nos cobrir com lençóis que nos deram, e pra tudo tínhamos que descer na recepção. O café era bom!

Estadia horrível,tinha pedido uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro,mas tinha 3 de solteiro,o colchão cheio de ácaros,baratas no chão,um dos lençóis estava com mancha de sangue,o banheiro com cabelos de outras pessoas,higiene péssima,não tinha cobertas disponíveis,os encanamentos a vista,o elevador despencando,o chão do quarto estava grudando e muito sujo,péssima estadia,uma das piores que já me hospedei!

Necessidade de melhorias
Condições precárias, principalmente do wc e elevadores. Por não sentir segurança tive que descer do oitavo andar pelas escadas, já que os elevadores apresentavam barulhos como estalos e ruídos estranhos. As garagens apresentam sérios alagamentos em dias muito chuvosos o que impossibilita guardar-se os veículos de forma mais segura.

O quarto é amplo, estava limpo, em boas condições, só o que deixou a desejar foi atendimento prestado pela recepcionista na hora do Check-in, assim que chegamos a recepcionista nem sequer olhou para nós, disse que estava ocupada no momento e pediu para aguardarmos, não tinha ninguém na recepção, além da recepcionista que só nos atendeu depois de 15 minutos.

EXPERIÊNCIA HORRIVEL...
Apartamento com mobilia e estrutura muito antiga, recepção ruim não informaram nada, choveu e alagou o nosso quarto e nem limparam e molhou nossa mala, janelas quebradas, ceramicas e paredes com avarias e manchadas, colchão antigo, pano de cama com manchas desagradaveis, elevador antigo com muito barulho, café da manhã razoavel, localização boa, não vale o custo beneficio, pra mim e pra minha esposa foi bem ruim, não recomendo pra ningúem precisam reformar urgente este hotel, muito velho, e com morfo nas paredes.
