Ao chegar com varias malas perguntei a recepcionista se tinha alguem para me ajudar,ela apontou para o carrinho e disse pod pegar o carrinho. O banheiro dentro do box tem muito mofo nos azuleijos,nada que uma agua sanitária nao resolva. No penúltimo dia nao tinha chave,sumiram com a chave,ainda bem que os rapazes da noite me ajudaram,muito solicitos,diferente dos que fizerem o check-in. Ar condicionado barulhento,quase nao consegui dormir. Ja foi melhor

Deixou a desejar

Gosto do hotel, mas no check-in tive alguns pequenos ptoblemas. Cheguei super cedo na cidade e fiquei andando até dar o horário da entrada (14h), quando cheguei no hotel já eram 14h30 e não tinha meu quarto disponível, falando que eu precisava esperar. Estava com minha mãe super já super cansadas e falei que já eram quase 15h, como que ainda tínhamos que esperar. Organizaram outro quarto que não atendiam bem as características que solicitei (eram duas camas de solteiro na minha reserva e arrumaram uma cama de casal). Só tinha uma coberta, uma toalha de banho. Sei que é uma fatalidade, mas um dos elevadores estava estragado. Todo hora precisava ficar ligando na recepção e solicitando. Quando atendiam, ok. Mas teve vezes que demoram, precisando mandar mensagem no WhatsApp do hotel pra ver se respondiam. Como disse, gosto do hotel, mas essa estadia não foi bacana.

A estadia foi razoável. A internet não funciona dentro do hotel em todos os lugares e principalmente no quarto. O banheiro muito pequeno e o chuveiro cai pouca água. A mobília do quarto deixou a desejar nas condições de uso. Em relação as roupas de cama e banho, estavam limpinhas. O café da manhã muito bom, com muitas variedades, não deixam faltar fazendo a reposição sempre.

Simples, atendem bem.

excelente café da manhã, quarto confortável. Instalações simples, mas que atendem. Faz muita falta ter algo para se comprar além de bebidas (chocolate, salgadinhos, pelo menos) para saciar a fome de quem chega tarde da noite, pois o hotel nao tem serviço de quarto a noite.

Razoável devido ao excesso de barulho

Já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede Oft e não tive problemas. Esse porém é muito barulhento. Escuta-se o barulho das descargas de banheiros de outros quartos. No andar que fiquei, ouvia-se muitos barulhos também de utensílios. Não sei precisar se de quartos ou de camareiras. Um alarme do lado de fora do hotel atrabalhou o sono da família. Vez e outra começava a sirene do alarme e levava um certo tempo para conseguirem desligar.
