Walked into our room to see the bathroom door handle on the floor. Bent down to pick it up and seen other peoples clothing on the floor. Went to pull back pillows and blankets to sleep and a huge roach jumped out of the bed. Front desk lady couldnt move us since the place was fully booked. Emailed stephanie the GM yes no response

The property was well kept, but it took up to five minutes of the shower running to get warm water. It never got hot. I asked the front desk if they were having problems with the hot water and was told she just got there and didn't know. I tried to use the indoor pool, but it was too cold.The shopping in the area was great.

The hotel mgr., Stephanie was very accommodating. Their were issues from Hotels.com with my booking and she upgraded me without hesitation. The night mgr also was very friendly and offered assistance each time she saw me.

Few things, our room smelled like cigarettes! The curtain was not hooked up to the rose! The staff was alright but they did not look professional, looked like they belong working in a game store ! The breakfast was powder eggs, danish tasted like a box ! Wasn’t worth the amount we paid for the room felt like it was red roof in !!
