the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the people at front desk were top notch and housekeeping was excellent. the office chair in my room was peeling and looked so terrible I didn’t want to use it.

I've stayed here before and it was really nice, so I was actually surprised that the quality of my stay this time was much different. For starters, you can hear everything from adjoining rooms (including upstairs and downstairs) & the whole 3rd floor smelled like weed. The part that sealed the deal for me not staying there again is the beds. The had a sheet, a light blanket & another sheet where the thicker blanket usually is. Since that wasn't my experience before, I didn't think to bring my own blankets, so I ended up having to purchase some at a nearby store. Not sure why they would downgrade something like that. Overall my stay wasn't horrible, but I'll pay a little extra for a quiet, comfortable room at a different hotel next time.

Walked into our room to see the bathroom door handle on the floor. Bent down to pick it up and seen other peoples clothing on the floor. Went to pull back pillows and blankets to sleep and a huge roach jumped out of the bed. Front desk lady couldnt move us since the place was fully booked. Emailed stephanie the GM yes no response
