Usually when I go to this resort, the employees are really friendly, genuinely happy. So the last time i went, that lady named Rose did a really bad job at welcoming me. She was rude, incompetent. So if i’m paying big money to go to a place, to spend time to a place, you’re not expecting me to stay to a room lesser than what i paid. So she gave me a room if i recall, room 17 which was not even clean and mostly it was not matching the price i paid on expedia. So, when i went to her to explain the situation and that I was not going to sleep in that room, i showed her the receipt and everything. She was tellig me oh that’s not the price she saw on her computer. So I was like there’s a discrepancy somewhere. Because on my phone, my receipt, my bank account said that i paid that much for 6 nights, and you’re telling me it’s lesser on your computer. So i was like can i speak to a supervisor, she was catching big attitude. Like if you’re not qualified to do something, it’s okay to get help. So after waiting for a good minute, she was like all the rooms are booked she can’t move people from their room to accommodate me. Meanwhile, i booked with them since the 13th of may. So i was like i’m not sleeping outside nor do i want to go to a different place. She was like huffing and puffing. After a while, she’s like i got 2 rooms you can check, so i went and picked out 1. The room felt like nobody has stepped inside for a good minute. There was no water to flush the toilet, etc. It was bad
