Property was fine but staff not warm and welcoming at all. We stayed a week and breakfast staff said “Hi” once. Never even checked we were guests. Beds very soft but shower was good. TV limited options for international traveler.

It was quite disappointing because no one told us that there is no reception during the night. We had trouble with our flight and we arrived very late. The restaurant next door was about to close and we decided to ask. The restaurant staff gave us the key. Nobody came to clean our room in the entire 3 nights of stay. People come and go in the rooms next door during the night and you an hear the doors. We can hear cars early morning from the back that can disturb during the our sleep.

Adequate hotel, near lively bar.
The hotel is close to the centre of the city and there is a bar next door where many young people congregate on a Friday evening. The hotel lift was not functioing on arrival, so carrying suitcases up the stairs was a little inconvenient. The breakfast space is somewhat cramped for serving your self, but the breakfast quality was good.

A convenient hotel in the middle of Trollhättan
The stay was good, did not expect much more than a convenient hotel for this event. The room was better than expected (size, furniture and cleanliness). The hotel building was as expected, not beautiful but well located. Breakfast was simple. Staff were friendly but seemed a little rushed due to a sporting event during our stay. We received the room key several hours before check in (a great service which we appreciated) which raises the overall review score from 3 to 4.

Vi besökte hotellet i juli 2024. Hotellrummet var bra, men frukosten var under all kritik!! Vi kom till frukosten 45 min innan den stängde. Redan då var det tomt på 80 % av utbudet som fanns. Något nytt fylldes inte heller på under de 45 min vi satt kvar där. Av de få grejerna som fanns att ta av så var där några som upplevdes gamla. Bröd som skulle vara mjukt var hårt och torrt, smörgåsrån och flingor var mjuka och sega. Vi gick ifrån frukosten lika hungriga som när vi kom till den. Vi brukar inte vara kräsna då vi besökt många hotell genom åren, men det här hotellet var det sämsta vi besökt hittills. Vi sa till om vårt missnöje till receptionisten när vi checkade ut, men hon stod mest bara och tittade och sa inte många ord. Tyvärr drar frukosten och personal/service ner vårt betyg rejält. Men hotellrummet var stort och fint.
