The housekeeping left the sweetest note for us on the nightstand before our arrival. Loved the attention to detail!!! The breakfast is included and offered a wide variety to choose from. The sweet lady kept the breakfast area stocked and very clean. Great job by all staff!

No room at the inn but still took my money!
Dont know if it was hotels.com fault or comfort inn but I booked a few days in this hotel for one of my workers only to arrive and them not have my room. Neither hotels.com or Comfort Inn will reimburse me the money. Fortunally my worker was able to find a room across the street. Be careful booking through either.

Dirty and Old Property
I am sorry to say this is a very sad property. It is in dire need of updating in every respect. The carpet throughout is absolutely filthy. There was mildew on the wall under the bathroom sink, and the furniture had definitely seen better days. Anytime we went to the front desk, no one was there and we had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come to attend to our need. The breakfast was just not very good, and the tables available were dirty. Not only all of this, the photo shown when I booked, showed a Jr. Suite with a sofa and tv area at the property. This was an old Comfort Suites with no Jr Suite available at all. The sign should be updated to show as such, as "suite" is not part of their accommodations. I find the choice, showing photos of a Jr Suite, at "Hotels .com" to be very deceptive. As a result of this visit, I will no longer be using Hotels.com as a choice when we travel. This booking was a result of our earning a "free" room with a bit of points remaining, as we have used "Hotels.com" quite a bit in our past travels. As far as the few reward point that are left on our account, we will not be booking anything through your site to use them.

Humidifiers throughout the hallways. Obvious mildew smell we had to change rooms. The first room was overwhelming with mildew smell. Mold in the bathroom on the ceilings in the second room. Drywall in need of repair throughout.

Breakfast was good. The room door didn't fit tight unless you threw your whole weight against it. The sprinkler fixture was scotch taped to the ceiling. The sheets on the bed were itchy. Stains on the wall were covered with splotches of mismatched paint.
