It was good for one night on a road trip. Not a lot of choices in this rural area so I’d stay there again. Quiet place, clean room.

The room was decent and clean. Exterior had trash everywhere and no grass to walk the dogs. Lobby had no AC and was very drab. There is a Holiday Inn Express next door that I will stay at next time.

Blood on sheets, punched hole in wall, no coffee in lobby, pool is digusting and doesn't even open till 10am but checkout is at 11am even if you did want to go in it, powder creamer in room curdled in coffee, never stay again

It would be nice if the days inn franchise went back to a full hot breakfast with eggs, omelets biscuits gravy more fruit. We were not happy that you all changed that. Had wr known wr would have stayed else. High price for toast. Staff was nice

The desk clerk lectured me like I was a 5 year old when I told him I had my 90 year old mother with me. He said I should have mentioned that when booking the room. He grudgingly gave me a room on the 1st floor. I later found out that my wife, who originally booked the room, HAD mentioned her handicapped status. I think this person was the owner because he was there day and night for the 2 days I was there. I literally never saw him smile. It used to be a nice place, but has deteriorated over the last couple of years, starting with the service. I had to use the card key to close the door when I left or it wouldn't close. The tissue box had 2 tissues and didn't get replenished when the room was cleaned. The wash rag was paper thin, etc., etc. Overall I get the impression that the property is understaffed and going downhill fast. I'll be looking elsewhere next time I'm in town

The evening attendant was board-line rude. And, not very helpful in answering our questions concerning the pool, elevator, etc. When we asked him for more towels, he said he’d bring them up to us. But, he never did. The pool water looked dirty. And the hot tub had a film over the water.

Ramada Inn was kind of dirty. The room had a dog smell. It was in bad shape. The man at the desk was rude. He said he had n downstairs rooms. I told him my husband has COPD. He didnt care till i said i would have to report this. He found one.

Bait and switch deceptive advertising
Their listing about pet policies is inaccurate. This app and the website says there is a $20 pet deposit. When you get there they charge $30. I asked for the difference refunded and was told $30 was the policy no matter what the app of website says. I was told they couldn't change what it say on the website. Total bait and switch , deceptive advertising. We had one live roach in the bathroom and the pillows were all lumpy. Lovely to sleep on. Never going back.
