Clean and quiet. The toilet paper roll was really far from the toilet, and there was no body soap in the shower but all in all it was great.

TERRIBLE
Check in is at 3pm- we arrived at 4:31PM. We got to our room, it had not been cleaned yet. We notified the front desk, and then we stood in the hallway with our 3 children for almost 40 minutes waiting for them to come and clean our room. Once entering the room, there was water damage & mold. We found 3 dead crickets. A cockroach. And glasses and eye lashes in the pull out sofa. I have contacted the front desk to get some sort of compensation for this stay, and was told I’d receive a call back. Nothing yet. We will never be coming back.

Rooms not ready an hour and a half after check in. Roaches in the hallway and our rooom. Shower had dental floss left from previous guest. Ice machine did not work on our floor. View from back window was absolute trash everywhere. I understand they are under construction but it is spread everywhere, not unused material, just trash. I did notify the staff of the mess and pests but no resolution was offered. Have stayed here many times in the past so this was a huge disappointment. Will not be returning.

We arrived to check in to hotel. Had paper conformation reservation plus on phone. Hotel said they had no reservation in my name. I gave them conformation. They no room. Tried to reason with them, with no help. We left and went to another hotel.

Active construction on the property. Looks like exterior siding and window work. Workers were blasting music and hammering on the walls of our room before 9am. Opened the curtains to see what was going on and was shocked to see a guy on a lift literally right outside our window. Housekeeping decided to ignore our DND sign and attempted to enter our room around 9am. The lack of communication regarding the construction and the fact they put us in a room with active work being done on it was unacceptable.

They were remodeling and putting in new windows. Room was updated, but bathroom not totally clean with the baseboard area needing wiping and swept. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Breakfast was just ok and in fact the second day we decided to skip the free breakfast and go eat out. Waffles and yogurt were good and staff in that area was very friendly. I asked when we registered if we could change to a two-bed queen room instead of a king bed, she said we could not it would have to go thru Expedia. It was not from availability; the hotel seemed empty if parking lot an indication. When we left, we asked for a printout of bill, and she responded that she could not print one. I was a little disappointed in the overall experience.

My business requires late night hours. I checked into the hotel in the afternoon expecting to be able to get some rest before my late shift begins and there are renovations going on at the hotel making noise outside to where I can not rest. I go to my late shift and get back to the hotel early in the morning to go to bed. I put the do not disturb sign on my door hoping to get a few hours of sleep. I'm awakened around 8:00 a.m. by a construction lift, which is literally parked right outside my window. To top it off, then housekeeping started tapping on my door completely disregarding the sign on my door. Needless to say, I did not get any rest and was exhausted when I left the hotel

Not so great stay!!
There was no phone on one of the rooms, and on the other room was a phone but it doesn’t work. Carpet was so dirty and the upper cover had a stain on it .. not very good experience!!
