I just checked in. Heat was off. Par for the course for budget hotels. This hotel is in the realm of not being a low cost budget hotel. Heat set at 60.

Stink. Stank. Stunk.
Best Western usually delivers. Not this time. Cold lobby (employee in her full on winter coat), smelled like an angry skunk or just plain marijuana. Sink backed up and had dead gnats in it. Bathtub ran all the time. Closing the curtains was ridiculous. Bummer choice of hotels.

The staff was terrible. The ice machines were broken. Our first room had a broken phone and tv remote. Breakfast was an hour late Saturday. There were no towels or face clothes in our first room.

Tv didnt work Sink wouldnt drain and the shower was broken so bath only. Didnt even meet the bare minimum standard of a room. Terrible! Noone at the front desk for checkout !

Some staff rude. Pool was so dirty you barely saw the third step safety stripe. We would never go into that pool. Next morning, same thing with debris and towels on the floor. Garbage around the building. No creamer or tea available. Breakfast was ridiculous. Waffle batter was so runny no one could make a waffle. The rest was snack foods.

An hour before checking out after we had breakfast returning to the room, our 2 key cards have been deactivated and another guest had theirs too. When they reactivated them, they gave no explanation or apology.

The property was clean and neat. The property is older but very well kept for it's age. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable and bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast was very nice-plenty of choices and breakfast area was neat and clean.

Not a good stay
I was given a room with a device running when we walked in. Room was filled with airborne particulates that caused us to cough uncontrollably. We were given another room but the hotel worker seemed like he didn't want to give us another room. He was quiet and didn't offer an apology to me.

Very disappointed
After receiving our room key and going up to the room, we had to return to the front desk - the first room had dirt on the bathroom counter, crumbs on the table and the bed was not mad - though the toilet paper had been folded prettily. The halls, elevator and staircase all smelled heavily of marijuana. The rooms were overly warm and the room ac only blew cool air, not cold.
