Very comfort stay
Had a 3-night stay in this place and our experience were wonderful. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast tasted good. There was even laundry service available on 6th floor. Next time when I visit Grand Rapids I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Dinner and drinks at happy hour had choices. Our room was clean and everything worked.. the only CON was that our floor (3) had a very strong lacquer smell to it when exiting the elevator.

We enjoyed the stay. It was very crowded hotel as it was a holiday weekend. The prices for drinks at the hotel bar were rather pricey but otherwise there was value as there was a full breakfast as well as snacks in the early evening. We would stay at another Drury Inn in another city and would go back to this property if we get back to Grand Rapids.

Overall a nice hotel. comfortable, good amenities with hot breakfast and dinner! People are friendly. The only thin that should be improved is the toilet paper. Don't let the cheap toilet paper ruin it!
