Pet friendly at a cost!

The room was nice and clean but the bed was old and had dips in the mattress. We were also charged $75 pet deposit but when we checked out we were told it was non refundable which isn’t a deposit it a fee. If they came to the room and had found some damage caused by our pets we could understand, but there was No damage and they didn’t even check the room before charging us the $75.00 So we were not happy with that at all

The entire bottom floor of this property smells like mold. We were placed on a pet floor, but the smell of urine instantly hit you in the face as you got off of the elevator. There is also mold all over the ceiling in our bathroom.

Overall, our stay was good. There are a few things that could have been better… Some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and the tub must’ve not been installed properly because there was an area that made a crackling sound when showering. The room door needs attention/some kind of sound dampening because it did not close slowly. It just slammed shut and it was very loud.

The rooms smelled musty. We had to open a window to air out the room. The bathroom tiles were all broken and it felt like the tub might fall through the floor, it creaked when taking a shower. Only 1 elevator worked. The place needs major renovations.
