Welcome to Sea Esta Shores - Great open floor plan with 15 feet high vaulted ceilings and fantastic ocean views - large oceanside deck and private path to the beach - Kid and dog friendly!

Sea Esta Shores has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We sleep a maximum of 8 guests and are dog friendly (first with a brief discussion of your 4-legged friend).

The layout of Sea Esta Shores -

You enter the home on the lower level. This floor has two large bedrooms, a 3/4 bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins and a full bed.

The main level of the home is where the magic happens. The master bedroom has a king bedroom and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. Not a bad view to fall asleep and wake up to - nothing but sweet dreams at Sea Esta Shores.

The living space is very open with 15 feet tall, vaulted ceilings and windows galore to keep an eye on Miss Pacific. Whether you are in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the dining room, a snack at the kitchen counter or lounging in the living - finding a seat with a view won't be an issue.

The kitchen has been completely updated with new countertops, resurfaced cabinets, new appliances and all new dishes, pots/pans and utensils. You'll find all the gadgets of home and maybe a few more.

The dining room has a spacious oceanside table and doubles for a card or game table.

The living room has a 55-inch ROKU SMART TV with 70 channels on You Tube TV. Or use your Amazon, Netflix or other streaming apps. There is also a DVD player with a good selection of movies. The gas fireplace helps complete the perfect atmosphere for an evening at Sea Esta Shores.

The upper floor also has a full bath.

Outdoor Living Space -

A large oceanfront deck is accessible from the dining room. The deck features a dining table, charcoal BBQ grill, bench seating, Adirondack chairs, hammock chair and a cozy porch swing for watching those sunsets. The dog can be let out by going from the stairs of the deck directly to a fenced turnout area for the dogs. The beach path is also accessible from the deck. The easily accessible path leads to a very nice section of the beach - one of the best places to razor clam (during approved clam digs). The ocean views from the deck are fantastic!

Beach Access -

A private trail leads you to the beach - the trail is well maintained and is a short and easy walk.

Well Behaved Dogs Considered -

If you are considering bringing your dog, please contact us to discuss. We have a gated enclosed outdoor dog turnout, and the main floor deck is gated to keep the 4-legged ones contained. The pet fee is $25 for 1 or 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs the fee is higher and we need to discuss this with our guests, prior to confirming the reservation.

Easy parking in front of the home - great for loading/unloading your car.

Wonderful beach spring break!!!

We had an incredible time. The weather forecast was dreary, but reality was totally different!!! We had sun, warm weather and booming kite flying Winds. Couple that with first time razor clam success and you can’t ask for more!!

Perfect beachfront stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It is an easy trip into Westport for activities and dining, but sits on a nice quiet stretch of beach without a lot of foot or car traffic. The house was clean, bright, and well appointed. We will definitely be back.

Great place to celebrate a birthday!

The place was beautiful. The setting is so close to the beach. Large picture windows with a view of the water, and loved sipping morning coffee with the lights off and the ocean view. So tranquil. Beds were super comfortable. We cooked a large meal and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot etc that we needed. Very clean. Will definitely book this place again. Thank you.

The first thing was how clean the place was. Second the great room, kitchen, bar, dining table and living room have awesome windows and is high enough for a good view. The deck is at the same height as the living area and has a small but efficient pet area attached. A nice path to the beach .

Best dog-friendly coastal rental!

We loved the house! Super clean, comfortable beds, spacious living room and a view for days! We brought our dogs so the fenced in dog yard was perfect for the early morning wake ups before we got up and took the private walkway to the beach! The location was great and the house provided everything we needed. Will definitely be back, such a great way to spend an early Thanksgiving holiday

A getaway for the whole family!

My family & our dogs loved this house!! We stayed for my dad’s 70th birthday & he had the best time ever. Now, we want to make this our yearly vacation space haha. It’s perfectly located & stocked with everything you’d ever need. I just can’t even say how much we loved this space. We had more than enough space for five people & five dogs. The dog run is a huge bonus & there’s a space to wash their paws too. We spent almost our whole time on the deck with our dogs contained which was just pure perfection. On top of it all, Joel & Denise will help you with any questions you have & went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is a nicely updated waterfront home right on the beach. We usually go to Cannon Beach or stay in a place up in Moclips. This place was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect relaxing weekend

The location was awesome, with the beach so close we were able to go back and forth from the house easily. Grayland seems to be less popular than Westport, which is nice since there wasn't very many people on the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including towels and bowls for our pup. We especially appreciated the fenced back area for dogs. The owners were also very helpful by providing details about the house (ie directions, restaurant recommendations) and checking if we needed more time during check out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Just what we needed!

Wish we could have stayed longer. Our time at Sea Esta was just the get-away we needed. Having the ocean so close was incredible. We enjoyed watching the crab boats at night and the easy walk to the beach was perfect for the kids. We got lucky with wonderful weather, gorgeous sunsets, and so many stars! The home was large enough for our 2 families to spread out, but still enjoy time together. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect Family Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. Joel and Denise are wonderful hosts. Communication was great. The home is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids total and we felt like we had plenty of room. The home is located on a gorgeous stretch of beach close to town and very private. We can't wait to return.

Family Fun on the Ocean!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house on the beach! Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was the best! We enjoyed walking on the beach and it was fun finding sand dollars at low tide. We saw multiple bald eagles, deer, and crabs as well. We spent most days relaxing at the house and enjoying the ocean. One day we went to Olympic National Park, which was about a 2 hour drive away, and saw the World's largest Sitka Spruce tree! We also took a hike there and saw some waterfalls in a rainforest like environment. Aberdeen was a 30 minute drive to Walmart and met all our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

Its was a great weekend overall!! The only problem we had was the 22 mph winds that forced us to stay inside but we made the best of the day in the house...playing games and just hanging out..fyi...doordash does not deliver in grayland!! Lol learned that the hard way..
