I was miss lead. And lied to. Hot tub wasn't working, that's the reason I booked it. And then they emailed me and said it was a old email stating that it wasn't working. They said that that was an old email. It wasn't. Place shouldn't have been open for guest. Dirty and unprepared

DOES'NT CARE FOR THE PAYING GUESTS.DESERVE NO STAR
Raj the manager; You denied any resonable compensation refund to us for: 1)NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE FOR SHOWERING IN THE MORNING! Was told at front desk everyone had no hot water in the morning! EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS! Stealing peoples money without providing the accomodations or proper compensation -Found Cat food tin and water bottle under bed -No light bulb in light -No wash clothes or hand towels. Only 2 towels in room -Coffee maker with no carafe -Woke us with text around 8 am wanting to know our time of check out. Appeared all the way down 1st floor hallway was occupied by owners family.

Place was horrible condition. No hot water for showers. Hot tub was empty. The whole place was dirty and old. Extention cords were run in the room to run lights, tv, ect. Not worth the money at all.

Property was under renovation, dirty and it stunk. We did not and could not stay there due to allergy issues and no hot tub or breakfast as advertised. I want my money refunded!!! Tried making contact with you Expedia but that proves impossible! Never again will I make that mistake again of booking through you for anything!!! I understand renovating but the place was dirty. Nothing in the lobby not even coffee! Coffee pots There but nothing. How hard is that? Also no hot water in shower! Stay was not good!

Lost in Time, inside and out.
The hotel is ancient, from the 70.s 80.s and it still looks like that from the outside and inside. As soon as you walk in the place it smells of age, the walls are peeling inside and out and the carpet is dirty, dirty dirty. I pulled in to park and there was a truck brake drum on the sidewalk that i hit. If it wasn't that I booked it and we where very tired, we would have said no thanks and turned around and left. I dont recommend this place.

It was terrible the place was dirty! I got it for the hot tub and it was emptywhen we got there. Shower was luke warm shower curtain was stained and my towel when i went to dry myself off had dirty finger prints on it. the sheets were stained.i wish i would have have known how bad his place was before i booked it on expedia

The place was a dump, and that’s being generous. Carpets needs replacing, missing handrails, dirty walls etc. shower was a disgrace. No coffee, no glasses in the room, 3 flat pancakes for pillows.

The person at the desk checking us in and out was great! The stairway carpet was dirty. The bed was comfortable. The room needs some updating. The tub is peeling. There are nicks and dings in the furniture. There was no blow dryer.

It should be closed down for reno. . Paint chips on both doors. Breakfast included but there We had to use our shoulder to push door open into room and bathroom. There was a coffee pot but no coffee, cups or condiments. No phone in room. Toilet plugged. No hair dryer. No wastebasket. No ice bucket or ice on our floor
