this booking was a scam!! I was left sitting outside of a property surrounded by flats and nobody would answer the door. I could not contact the owners, despite 8 phone calls, text messages and voicemails. After 2 1/2 hours, I had to find alternative accommodation. To add insult to injury, Hotels.com did nothing to help me at all. I was on a business trip and it stressed me out completely. all the food I had bought to cook for myself was ruined as I had to leave it in the back of the car. Disgusting service and definitely not the 4 start accommodation I paid for!!
