There was no soap in bathroom. Had the use the shampoo mounted on wall of the shower. Also no bath mat. The room was very clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast provided.

We came back to the hotel a little late, and the parking next to the hotel was tight due to large vehicles or natrow spaces, so we had to park in the parking lot just off the street. This area was a little dark due to not enough lighting, but I'm not even sure if this was hotel property or not. Otherwise, we had no issues.

The bed had debris in it and the toilet flushed itself every 10 minutes. We asked to change rooms and the front desk person had a terrible attitude. She said no. I asked again and when she said no I asked for my money back. She finally relented but was going to give me two queens instead of a king. I said no. Then she gave me a king suite. This room was better but the toilet seat was broken and the sink was badly cracked. There were hairs in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. I didn’t want to deal with the front desk person so we stayed. Overall, the hotel is tired and run down. It really needs a good cleaning. The discount to stay here is not worth it. This is the second time I've had trouble at a comfort inn this summer. I will not at one again.
