The pool was very dirty and freezing cold and once again the hot tub was not open… the hall ways where extremely loud and when called down to the front desk about kids racing in the hall way to 12:30AM they just said they didn’t have the staff to work the hall ways and there was 5 different sports teams staying also 😡

Our original room was "pool side", but even though there were other options, we were placed under the staircase with no patio or pool view. We were given a different room after requesting a change. Then the tv didn't work in our room. I called the front desk and the lady actually asked if I tried to turn it on and if I tried changing the channel. I told her I thought it was a problem with yhe Wifi, but she didn't have any suggestions for a solution. The next day, we stopped by the front desk with the same issue and got the same response. I know a tv isn't a big deal to some people, but for somebody that needs it to fall asleep, it really was a big deal for me. I get it that things happen, but the total lack of care or effort from the staff was inexcusable.

Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Had an interior room along the pool area. The room was very warm and the ventilation could not be controlled. Poor nights sleep due to room temperature.

We booked here for the hot tube...When we arrived theres a sign saying hot tub closed. No where is this listed side the actual hot tub.been closed for month apparently. Website says pool will close dec 22 BUT no where does is say hot tub. First room smelled insanly strong of cleaner, which was due to it being a pet friendly room. We asked to move as the smell was too much. We moved and the staff was not able to explain how to get to our room... staff were nice but the hotel is a maze, and awkwardly laid out. Rooms and halls need TLC Chipped paint and yucky brown stains around the tub. Beds are clean and comfortable and staff are pleasant.
