I give credit to the lady who does serve breakfast everyday, she is so pleasant,lovely and friendly. I do however want to comment on the lack of cleanliness of the room We where there for 4 days and not once was our room cleaned. we had to ask for towels and garbage bags. we requested cleanings with the housekeepers but that never happened. The front desk ladies are quite good, but only this one "middle-aged woman" 😊 has a very terrible attitude ,she is very rude and not welcoming. No compassion at all. Over all, my rating for our stay ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

The only thing i didnt care for was the Elevator was not working properly. I entered the elevator on the second floor, pushed the button for floor one . the door closed but the elevator didn't move i pushed the button three more times nothing happen, I feared that i was trapped in the elevator . I then pushed floor 2 the door opened and i was still on floor 2, i turned it in to the front desk..

We were a little concerned when we arrived as it was located in a slightly sketchy area. The interior seemed a little old upon arrival. But it was very clean and well cared for. The staff (including the cleaning staff) was friendly and engaging all weekend.

I didn't like the gaps around the door or the thin walls - you could hear every noise. The room was not cleaned very well - crumbs on the floor, hair on the shower wall and back of the toilet. Although, the way the room was made did not lend itself to easy cleaning - gaps between the sink counter and wall. But, the breakfast was very nice and the staff we encountered were very pleasant.
