I liked the coffee maker with K cups in the room. Would have been nice to have some tea bags . The front desk person was very nice but he talked a little too fast for an old man hard of hearing to keep up. Very patient having to repeat himself.

I didn't get to stay at this property. My plans changed and I tried to re-book my stay to the following weekend. I tried to change it at 1 pm and was told the cut-off is noon (even though property allows to 4 pm] and I would be charged for both weekends. The hotel was happy to change it, but Expedia wouldn't let them. Expedia has set it up so there is no way to contact a customer service rep, the only option is a virtual assistant that does nothing helpful. Expedia's little game to force customers to buy travel insurance by changing the cancellation time from noon to 3 or 4 pm is tacky. I've used Expedia since they started and there are too many better options for travel than a company that cares little about customer satisfaction or customer friendly policies.

Cheap for a reason

The molding shower was horrifying. we didn't use it. The walls need retexturing and painting. This isn't in much better condition than when it was the Ramada. Friendly staff (if you can find them). Breakfast room was unattended most of the time, the fridge that they keep the milk and yogurt in was full of mildew and smelled bad. Also, because I have to follow a strict gluten free diet, (my daughter also) we did not find much food safe to eat. Holiday inn express and many other places have gluten-free items upon request. There was no breakfast attendant I could even ask about what my safer options would be.

Checking in was super easy, and front staff was super nice. Problem came when we entered the room. Old, sticky, not clean room. There were no pool towels so when asked they provided old towels with holes in them for the pool. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else staying
