Unfortunately I didn't learn until the morning that I had no hot water. I found a moth crawling on the floor. I didn't think anything of it. Until the morning when I found 2 medium brown colored bugs crawling on the floor. We have an expression where I come from, one is a fluke, two is a coincidence, but 3 is a problem. I also found a hair that was definitely not mine on the tub

The staff was alright. The room wasn't very clean. There wasn't a trash can in the room and no remote control. The shower leaked I was honestly surprised that it was attached to the wyndham name. I let the frint staff know my concerns. Hopefully they will take care of this for someone elses stay. We however will not ever be staying here again.

Let's start in the bathroom: 1 The escutcheons (decorative plates that hide the hole in the wall around the shower and faucet) were hanging pretty far off the wall. 2 Dirty towel was left on the back of the bathroom door. No idea if the ones hanging on the wall were clean or not, they were both folded differently. Main room: 1 The bedspread was covered with dog hair. 2 While lying in bed, I smelled something funky. I sniffed the sheet and it smelled like wet dog. My daughter found toenail clippings in her sheet (she only had the fitted sheet on her bed, not the top sheet). 3 The AC was loud enough to drown out the road noise. I turned it off to try to get some sleep, but ended up sweating too much and had to turn it back on. 4 The two rooms on either side of us were empty, but at 4:45 AM some people stopped outside our door and had a loud conversation. Let's talk about the Lobby. The ceiling tiles were very stained from water leaks. Directly over the area where we checked in, there was a pipe wrapped in a towel & a heavy drip into a bucket at our feet. Pool was closed & it didn't look like it was the right color. The hallways could've used a sweeping. There was a sweatshirt abandoned underneath the stairs, but I think it might have been for the resident cat to cuddle in on cold nights. This may be a Days Inn & they may be owned by Wyndham, but I didn't see any of the quality I would expect from either of those two names. I'm staying someplace else next time.

Never have been in a hotel/motel where the bathtub was not clean and shower curtain had black mold on it! Had to use water shoes in the tub to take a shower. Only one towel and face cloth for 2 people. Something was stained on the wall across from the sink. The floor appeared washed and buffed and hair dryer worked but difficult in keeping it from falling into the sink. Would never recommend this place.

We sweat so much it was insane! We sweat for six hours before the room cooled off! One washcloth for two people, no soap, not enough pillows, 6 channels (antenna). 85 sanitary grade. No thanks

Kids running wild with shopping carts no supervision. I think they were owners kids. Pool not open. Flooring in unit moved as you walked in it. Bathroom door upo big would not close. Dirty tub.

Another guest was booked into my room during stay!
Booking: Days Inn, Washington, North Carolina – Friday April 26th- Sunday 28th (2 nights) #129 & #109 I arrived at the Days Inn around 5pm. At check-in I was told that the room that I had selected was not available. They checked me into a different room with two queen beds. I am a large 6’3 man and the king bed was my preference. The room was dusty, the linens stained and thin. The internet was not working. I called the front desk for assistance, and nobody came to look. The TV did not work without the internet. There was a cockroach in the tub. I left for the day on Saturday to meet family and took all of my belonging with me. When I arrived back to the hotel at around 9pm my room was occupied, as it had been rented out to another customer. I went to the front desk along with the guest now occupying my room. The person at the front desk, much to the aghast of the other guest, offered to put me back in the room that I had been in the night before. Rather than inconvenience the other guest I accepted to be put into a new room. It took the front desk person 20 minutes to find a new room. The room didn’t have a working lock, so the door was opened for me. I was told I wouldn’t be able to leave the room until checkout. There was no hot water as well as 4 cockroaches in this room. The toilet seat was missing a bolt. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and recommend anyone reading this review to choose a different hotel if you are staying in Washington NC.

Service from front desk was horrible. Rooms were dirty and missing many items like towels and extra blankets. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone friend or enemy
