This is apparently the most expensive hotel in town. But for $90 what do you expect.
The first room we checked into was stifflingly warm and humid, plus the TV didn't work. We turned the AC on to see if the room would begin to cool, but the AC never had cold air blowing. We requested a new room. The TV at least worked in this room, but it too was very warm and humid - but the AC would at least blow cold air. So we settled. We left for dinner hoping that when we return it would be cool in the room. It wasnt really, but it was better. We basically slept on top of the sheets the whole night. The room however was clean. Furniture was very dated and worn.
The breakfast the next morning was --- not good. I've played racquet ball with something less bouncy than the eggs. The OJ and coffee were very watered down. The waffle was great however!
I did leave something valuable in my room and had to return over 12 hours later after we checked out to retrieve it - and it was handed to me safe and sound. So, I'll give them kodos for being honest!
If you just need a no expectations place to stay, this might work. But if you can get to the next town, it might be worth the drive...
