The rooms cleanliness was awful. Pubic hair under toilet seat, long black hair all over bathroom floor. Sticky spots on bathroom floor, looked like some sneezed on the wall across from toilet.

Every time I left my room my key card would not let me back in. I had to go to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. The ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor.

Older hotel, room is clean and neat but outdated. Service was ok. Have had better interactions at other properties. Required deposit was excessive compared to other properties, the required deposit was between $150.00 and $200.00.

Tv was almost completely black could not see the picture the toilet kept running water after it was flushed. The hairdryer in bathroom was a fire hazard definitely needs replaced. No trash can except in the bathroom. Could have used a little more cleaning
