The first room I rented was filthy. The toilet didnt work, the air conditioner finally came on but control buttons on the unit were missing. The very worst thing about this room was, it had roaches all over the room. There is absolutely no excuse for that. We were upgraded to a very nice and clean room and the staff people were great. In my opinion, the whole place needs a complete overhaul to modern times. I will not go to social media with my story. Yet!! Oh, one other concern. The check-in area has a very offensive odor.

the staff was nice and talked to when we are coming and going.They could get new lamps because in our room they looked a little rusty.The beds are comfy and the room was cleaned.We always stay here when we comer Evergreen Al.

The first room they put us in had bugs on the floor and bugs in the refrigerator, the second room was not much better, the room had a musty wet smell, the hallways smellled terrible, wet, hot, and musty. They didn’t clean the room and we were there 4 days, they said they had a problem getting housekeepers which should not be a customer’s problem. we had to ask repeatedly for sheets and towels to clean our own room, and on one occasion they said they had no clean towels, And the staff were rude, We should be entitled to at least some or all of our money back.

The staff was excellent. The room left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. The floors and surfaces had to be cleaned before sitting things on them. The skirts in the bed were not clean and tattered. The bed linen was clean.

The 1st room's toilet wasn't flushing, the second room they gave me was dirty, I can tell it wasn't wiped down, some brown substance on the counter, gross! Breakfast was ok.

Sorry to say the place felt run down and poorly maintained. Staff we met were friendly. The bed was fine. We were traveling and just needed a place to stay for the night. The review is 7.8 had us pick that hotel. We don’t feel that rating was accurate.
