Beautiful hotel. Large rooms, with very comfortable beds. The wheelchair accessible room has a huge bathroom. Staff are always polite and helpful. There is a parking lot one block over, which has been perfect, as we don't need valet parking. The Peace center is an easy walk.

The hotel itself was clean and updated. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was accomodating. The location was perfect - easily accessible to restaurants and shops.

Such a beautiful hotel. The interior design is top notch. The breakfast is so delicious! Great customer service. My one complaint was the bed. I wish the comforter on the bed was heavier and the bed was softer. I loved that there’s a water filling station in the hallway (at least on floor 6).

Everything here was perfect. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful facilities, comfortable bed, and the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in this country. Highly recommend!!!

the stay at the hotel was wonderful! the staff was really nice and shoutout to the valet boys. it was super comfy and felt like home. the hotel room itself was super clean and nice. not to mention it’s only two blocks from downtown. i’ll definitely be back

Reasonably priced hotel right in downtown. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. They have one of the nicest hotel gyms I have used. We did not use the pool, but it also looked wonderful!

One of the BEST Springhill Suites I've ever stayed in! Beautiful accommodations! Be forewarned: Outdoor pool is exceptionally small. Breakfast was amazing!

I liked the walk-in closet and the convenient parking garage next door. The AC was a little noisy when it was on high. There seemed to be a lotion shortage that might have been better if they cleaned the rooms daily instead of every other day. I loved the crushed ice in the machine, but the water dispener tube in the ice machine on the 5th floor had green stuff in it that might be algae. I told the people at the desk about that, but it was still like that 2 days later. The pool was fun and the outdoor area is beautiful.
