The apartment was in supurb location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Had an issue during end of stay that the management handled professionally and promptly, would definitely stay here again

The requirement to have a physical credit card for the deposit is something that should be fixed as most people tap with their phone and do not carry a physical card.

The apartment was great (2 bedroom 2 bathrooms) and comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children (one child slept on a rollaway bed in the living room). My only complaint was the pool- not very clean, cigarette butt floating in it and a chunk of someone’s hair on the tiles when we had a look.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was fantastic. It was comfortable enough but but, *The shower had a lot of black mould growing in it. *The shower pressure was terrible! *There wasn't enough cutlery in the kitchen for my family of 4 and there were broken utensils. *We didnt see any house keepers our whole stay so we bpught toilet paper as there was only 1 left for us. Value for money wasn't there for me, We were rather disappointed with the unit.

Amazing views!
Lovely views from 37th floor. Amazing bed, nice pillows. Toilet lid was broken but attended to the next day even though it was a Sunday! No bulbs in the second bedroom lamps so we had to unplug one from the main bedroom and swap it over. The apartment was spacious and very clean, however there was a film of dust under the tv unit which we could see when sitting on the couch. Staff were very helpful and attentive, however I recommend you advise guests how to use the key for the lift! No information whatsoever was given at reception when checking in. Will definitely return. We stay here around 2-3 times each year.

I like the lift access. It was a convenient way to use. I didn’t like the room. Very boring. No art work or comfort. Terrible smell on the whole level 19. No instructions where the pool was or how to access. Strange toilet location in the bathroom. Looks very different to the online photos.

Excellent Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Brisbane River City Suites. The apartments are located a very short walk away from shops, restaurants, Brisbane Public Transport and Tourist Attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area is very nice with city views while you are swimming. We would differently stay at Oaks Brisbane River City Suites next time we holiday in Brisbane.

Terrible location that’s noisy all night, rooms not cleaned properly, hard bed, parking not mentioned until arrival then expensive. Poor communication by staff on arrival and hard to understand. So called gym a waste of time except for the treadmill, poor quality everything.
