Hotel was embarassingly filthy and rundown for a Ramada, inside and outside. Pool was unswimmably filthy both times we tried to use it.

The staff was not friendly. The hotel needs to be updated. In thecwadh room 2 out of 4 wasn machines was out of order. The hot tub in the pool was oug of order. You got no clean towels unkess you asked for them. The breakfast eggs and sausage was not even hot. I wouldng eat afraid of getting sick. I wouldn't recommend thos hotel to anyone.

We had ants in our room. They destroyed my wife make up bag she had to throw it out. Restaurant attached to property was not open to public yet the employee where inside. They said they would refund a nights stay and never did.

Although the rooms were clean the halls and walkways need to be updated the outside is a mess and parking lot is a disaster there are no handicap ramps and the stairs are very high

Seems to be falling apart

There was literally no hot water in the room. We called the front desk and were told to wait ten minutes and try again (?). We did this, but there never was any hot water. After an hour of trying, we moved to a different hotel. We have not received a refund. Other charming features: The hot tub is broken. The pool hours are 1PM to 9PM. Pictures of the room included a jetted tub, there is no jetted tub. Seems dishonest? The spa features advertised seem to be permanently closed.
