Great, peaceful environment. My first observation was how clean and good it smelled. Staff is professional and very helpful. So much to do around the area. It was a great stay. I’ll be back!

You Get What You Pay For

The people that worked there were nice, but the hotel was a dump. It was outdated and smelled funny. The pool also had white crystals floating around. It is what you pay for.

The price was reasonable, but hotel needs work. Our bathroom door wouldn't close no satellite tv. Didnt try the breakfast, but the pool looks find many guests were in there.

The elevator was broke. The ice machine was broke. The TV remote was broke. The shower was dangerously hot when i turned it and it scalded me very badly. Most states have Laws regarding that for safety. Also no room service is performed. Sink was clogged. Wouldn't bring kids here. Staff/Reception wasn't very friendly either but maybe just didn't have a good grasp of English. The breakfast included was on par with what most hotels have. Basics. The rooms need an upgrade. Did seem clean enough though. Not on par with what i expect from Ramada.

This place is awful. I don’t know where to begin. Holes in the walls, pealing paint, smelly hallway, smelly room. And please go fix the screen in room 103 which was cut with an obvious handprint on the window. Attempted break in for sure. The front desk guy was nice and relocated us to but for gods sake give this place a makeover. It sure as hell needs it

The room wasnt properly cleaned. Dirty socks under the desk, and mold on the ac vents. The microwave looked like some started a fire in it. The website said a hot tib and sauna, no sauna, hot tub out of order. No towels by the pool. House keeping only comes ever 3 days. Wont be staying again.

Convenient and clean.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff friendly. It clearly needs some maintenance work--the "balcony" outside was sort of falling off the wall, for instance, but it did not look as if it was designed to be actually used as a balcony. The location is quite convenient (right off I-95), and there are places to eat nearby. Pet friendly as well. Good place for an overnight stay on a long trip, wnich is what it was for us, but by no means for a 'resort-like' stay. We'd go again.

It was good for a night

Not too bad compared to other places and price. Pet friendly which was nice Max had a nice time. I was there to see a show at Foxwoods Casino. Only 20 minutes from here.

This Ramada is pretty icky. You don't leave there feeling clean. Even the air feels thick and dirty. We stayed in a king size room and The bathroom was dirty, the ceiling dirty. Everything dirty. The hot water was gone before 8:30am. I would not recommend to anyone especially at the price. Way too much. Don't stay here. I will say the front desk worker was very nice at check in.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel like I need to. We picked this hotel as a last resort after a mix up with our other hotel. Hotel was run down. The floor in our room was sticky. There were ants in our room. There were cigarette burns on the blanket in our room. It was supposed to be a smoke free place but our room definitely smelt like smoke. Breakfast was supposed to be included but the desk people never mentioned it to us at check in. With the condition of the room, we probably wouldn’t have eaten there anyways. So in all, we would not stay here again.

Hotel Review

We were not satisfied with our stay. While we appreciate that the hotel is dog-friendly, the facilities inside and outside were not well kept. We had a broken tile in our bathroom, and hallway smelled of smoke. We were not told that housekeeping services were by request only and must be made 24 hours in advance. The hotel key rarely worked, and we could hear noises from the hallway and the room(s) above us throughout the night. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
