Ice machine broken on 1st floor, sign made it look like a long time. Signage to the Grill was non existent and first door locked and closed sign. No sign poimting to open entrance.

This is a beautiful property and the staff was friendly but our bathroom sink took forever to drain. We were there on family business and didn’t have time to reach out to have it fixed but I would think the cleaning staff should have noticed it.

The hotel is a little outdated, but not terrible. The bed was comfortable. I was charged more than the price listed by hotels.com. I asked about it at the hotel and called back during the week. I still can’t get a response to my calls. Just know, this hotel may change the rate in you and be unwilling to do anything about it.

almost perfect
everything was great except one aggressive and annoying employee who instead of helping me find a location to work, opened the unlocked game room door which blasted heavy metal guitar solos during my zoom meeting. very rude & no solutions offered.
