We got charged extra for basically everything. They realized that we were not from there so they just took advantage of us. We couldn’t do anything because they keep locking us from the room. Yes they locked us out 3 different times

The Room was great. The service was excellent. The staff was profesional. Hotel was approximately 1/2 mile from a mall. Only problem was that it was too loud. People yelling on hallway. It appeared that there was no doors to block the noice of people yelling. Doors too thin.
