This hotel is close to everything a turist wants to see. Has no parking. The closest lot is Aloso Parking lot they charge by hr like $25 pesos. Better to not leave the car overnight or few days bc it’s expensive. The parking lot its like 2 mins from the hotel. There is on street parking infront of the hotel. This hotel has hot water but no AC We visited fall season and no ac was needed. They offer laundry service. I gave them around 10 peaces of clothing and was charged $150 pesos. The service is not perfect one shirt had soap stains on it. I had to wipe it off with a damp towel. The tv had no channels.

Great property in a very nice area of town. Very walkable, staff at the front desk was friendly and very knowledgeable. We’ll definitely stay there again. Our room in the inside was clean and quiet.

Was a wonderful place to stay!
I have booked and stayed many times here with friends, the place was great, although it's wonderful location is perfect, it's appeal has changed for us, they no longer have breakfast included, but, is still a great deal for a full hot breakfast,The deal breaker is that there is now a rooftop bar /dance club that, 2 doors over has extremely loud music,and singing which stays open till 3am on week nights,we were there on a Wed & Thurs night. And when you are travelling and booking hotels with friends, SLEEP is very important part..

The location is great, room immaculately clean, however, there is no sleeping at that place. You hear every car that drives by and music from a club nearby is unbearably loud. I went to the reception at 1:15am, exhausted, and was told that music would stop at 3am.

It is a fantastic place in an old house And the location is excellent Hotel is clean, staff members are very nice and helpful (to tell the truth, everybody in Guanajuato is) Don’t expect the amenities of the high end American hotels, but, who needs that when you are in the middle of one of the most beautiful cities in the world

Is next to a club, so loud we couldn't sleep. The room was very hot and the shower didn't drained properly. We had no sleep. We asked, why do you rent that room? They didn't have an answer. They had no courtesy to change us to another room or anything.
