I stayed in three rooms at this property. I feel like it's luck of the draw. The first room was up the steps without elevator service and those rooms were pretty bad. The second room was comfortable but lacked a decent chair. The bed and shower were pretty good. I also had a room on the fourth floor that was excellent. The breakfast is nice but not exceptional. The whole property is good but definitely not great. I think the staff is closer to exceptional than the rest of the hotel.

room was cramped but beds are comfortable. the stay was fine, average. Hotel service was ok, nothing special. they did offer a taxi service which was convenient, and the driver was great and very helpful. I stayed a few days in another hotel and my experience was much better, so for the price I would consider other options.

This was our second time we returned to this hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was different every day and all was great. We are very happy with our stay and for sure will return the next time we travel to Guatemala
