Family Friendly Beach Vacation Condo

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths condo is located on the top floor with a large balcony and amazing lagoon views from the master bedroom and living area, also a view of the Gulf from 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave,keurig and 12 cup coffee pot. small appliances and washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Internet access: The complex has free WiFi service throughout the facility including the pool area, both docks and the beach too! The condo has it's own private wifi for streaming and other use when you're inside.

Conveniently located to provide access to both the beach and Little Lagoon. Private, deeded beach access provides a boardwalk over the dunes available exclusively to GSSR guests.

The large pool deck is perfect for sun bathing and cooling off in the pool on hot summer days. There are also tables with umbrellas on the pool deck for those who want to enjoy the tropical setting in the cool shade.

The complex is truly a sportsman’s paradise as it is equipped with two fishing piers, boat launch, boat slips and fish cleaning area. The lagoon is perfect for boating, fishing, water sports and activities. Less than half a mile from the complex is an inlet that provides access to the Gulf.

There are two picnic areas located on the lagoon. Each area has two picnic tables and 3 charcoal grills and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival at the complex. The fee of $30 can be paid in the front office. If arriving after office hours the fee can be paid the following morning. Up hi to 2 vehicles can be registered per condo.

A $30 boat registration fee must be paid in the front office for guests who intend to use the boat launch.

Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas on the pool deck.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Perfect Little Getaway Home away from Home

Such a sweet spot. Rae was very communicative & helpful, very kind. Little condo worked perfect for myself & 3 boys for the week. Very clean & cute. Everything worked too! Great spot, we will be back. :) Meant to write in little book!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed Mother's day weekend at 703B! The views were spectacular and we were so blessed by great weather for the beach. Thank you to the host(s), who were very responsive and accommodating, as our plans had to be adjusted slightly. We hope to stay here again, making more great memories in Gulf Shores!

Perfect for us!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks. It was the perfect size and location for us. Loved being across from the white sand beach. On windy days we enjoyed the pool by the lagoon. We played pickleball several times too. There are so many good restaurants in the area but when we cooked I found that the kitchen was well stocked. Even though it was spring break it was quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

Great Condo with Good Beach Access

This is a great condo in a fantastic location with easy beach access and a giant pool if you don't want to cross the road to the beach. The accommodations are well maintained and cozy.

Fall Break

Excellent all around!!

Our experience with the condo and Rae the host was above and beyond! She communicated to us and fixed all of our problems in a timely manner; being that the AC wasn't working correctly and got the problem fixed immediately in this HOT august heat. We loved the location as we could enjoy both the Gulf Shores right across the road from condo, or even go down to Perdido Key, Florida as we did many times throughout our stay. Definitely was a fantastic vacation and would have loved to stayed forever!

Things for the owner to know that cleaning company is not doing their part.

Cleaning crew did not take dirty dish towel from bathroom. Lint in dryer had not been cleaned in quite a few loads (major fire hazard) Tv in master bedroom room not working -could be as simple as batteries in remote but power button on TY would not come on. Toilet tank very slow to fill and needs to be check. Overall a great place but owners need to know what they are getting when paying cleaning companies

I was impressed overall. The only downfall I had was not being told ahead of time about washing towels, replenishing toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, we had a great vacation and would love to rent this condo again in the future.

Perfect condo and location!

Our family of four enjoyed staying here very much! The condo is clean, updated, and the perfect amount of space. I enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony which overlooks the pool and little lagoon. The walk across the street to the beach is so short - shorter than the walk from many of the condos that are on the beach! We had one small incident that I needed to reach out to the owner about and it was handled immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area in the future!

Absolutely wonderful location and beautiful condo!

Great location! Beach was directly across the street. Ocean view from the front and pool and lagoon view from balcony in the back. Condo owners were very accessible quick to respond and kind. I would stay here over and over again. We had a perfect vacation!

10th Anniversary Trip

My husband and I decided to do our 10th anniversary trip with our kids. We had never been to gulf shores, but had destin beaches to compare to. The beaches are amazing! The water is slightly greener than destin but still clear enough to see through even when waist deep. We found countless seashells, which were nowhere to be found in Destin. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kids each had their own twin bed. We made sure the bedroom window locked in their bedroom before going to bed. No security issues there. The walk to the beach wasn't very far and the rinse off station was conveniently located to rinse off sand before going back to the room. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The pool and boat docks were visible from the balcony. It was nice to watch the boats coming and going in the lagoon. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub when the jellies stung them both and the waves were a little rough one day. The owner is easy to communicate with. No issues with check-in or getting parking passes. My only complaint was the master bathroom smelled like a urinal. We sprayed peroxide on the floor and washed the rug to get the smell out. It was a nice trip overall. We like the small town atmosphere of Gulf Shores compared to the busy feel of Destin. This may be different during the busy season though.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was fantastic with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The grounds are well kept and the pool was fantastic. It is a very short walk to the gulf and the perfectly clear water and white sand beaches. The condo is located a few miles from the busiest part of gulf shores which was just what we were looking for. Pam and Rae are very generous and extremely quick with responses. I would 100% recommend this condo and cannot wait to return in the future.
