Westwind condominium complex is located in Gulf Shores, AL on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing 8th floor balcony, makes this a perfect spot to relax as evening approaches.

This one bedroom, one bath unit sleeps 6 and includes a washer/dryer.

The kitchen is equipped for you to prepare your favorite meal. You can use the grill in the area, or dine out at restaurants near by.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).

Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.

LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash)

Didn't lock/ no jacuzzi
The lock on the door didn't work. we realized on our last day that it didn't lock when you left. tried everything to figure it out but nothing locked it. we tried the code from the hall. we tried pushing the schlague (or whatever button) bc there wasn't a lock button. other than that we loved every moment of the stay. there was no jacuzzi as pictured anymore kinda bummed about that too. but it was clean and fantastic!

Online listing stated twin size bunk bed and a king size bed. Yes to the twin size bunk bed, but no to the king size bed. Definitely a full size bed. Reached out to manager about it and never received a response back from them. That’s bad customer service and false online listing.

The location was great. The elevator did not work when we first got there and we pulled luggage to the 8th floor, but that was fixed quickly. There was black mold on the air vents. We reported it and told them that we were both highly allergic. The property managers were quick to respond to us, but noone every came to fix the mold problem, so i had to clean the vents. Luckily the weather was cool and we turned the air off and slept with the door to the deck open, but that hasn't kept us from being sick. I think the property managers were good, but the "owners association " need to do some serious work.

This condo was absolutely wonderful!! normally we get to a condo and it is not stocked with toilet paper or any of the essential needs for a vacation but this place was prepared for our arrival!! We had enough toilet paper and soap to last us until we were able to get to the store. Our condo was also super clean when we arrived and even had pots and pans so we were able to cook while we were there! My family loved this place and we will absolutely be back next year!

A problem with check in, not so clean rooms and a broken balcony chair… Despite of those negative points, the ocean view from the room was beyond amazing and relaxing. On top of that super easy access to the beach and very helpful stuffs had earned big points. I will definitely go back again.

Great place for family getaway
Overall was a great trip being right on the beach was awesome. Only down sides were 1st floor concrete was very slick every day and we had to continuously deal with children slipping and falling. And parking lot was very tight for a full size truck. But still location was great and room was as expected, nothing more.

Great views and quick response to some minor problems, such as replacing the remote control and reset of the channel(due to power outage one night). The toaster needs replacement and the smoke detector was too sensitive(toast would set it off). The folks in the building were wonderful and friendly, the area was quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our condo had wires hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom sink was broken & wouldn’t drain (maintenance did come fix it on the second day. Looked like they started painting around the balcony wall & just left it unfinished! Very ugly

Condo review
Great beach view, however the whole building was surrounded by scaffolding. I guess stucco maintenance was going on. The noise was very loud for half day and then they quit for New Years.
