Directly on the beach and best location in Gulf Shores! We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner inside the condo to make your stay as safe as possible.
We have a minimum age of 25 to rent our beautiful condo.
Our condo is walking distance to many activities, restaurants, bars. Unbeatable amenities in this beautiful condo! Gorgeous leather sofas, updated lighting, 60' Flat screen TV in living room with unlimited Netflix, TV's in every room, huge balcony with comfortable patio furniture, all comfortable beds with luxury linens and towels, wet bar, all stainless steel appliances with Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Bose docking station, Margarita maker, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, full size laundry. Owner has completely remodeled this unit with very comfortable, contemporary furnishings. Master retreat has king bed with double vanity and separate tub and shower, both secondary bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds.
This beautiful building offers a beach entry pool, work out facility, sauna and outdoor grilling area.
PLEASE NOTE THE PARKING POLICY HAS CHANGED and owners no longer provide the parking passes. Guests now purchase the parking passes at the 3rd floor desk. Each parking pass is $50 per vehicle per stay. 2 parking passes are allowed per unit with additional passes provided based upon availability.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this condo and must be present during your stay.

Great condo
Great condo! We had two families stay here and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is excellently stocked and plenty of seating in the living room. Every bedroom has their own attached bathroom, which super convenient. The beach access is also great. Would stay here again!

We had the best time and everything was perfect. The condo was packed with anything you would need… Had been a long time since we were on a vacation. Night time was so nice and we would take a walk to the famous Hangout and one night we went and got these great snowballs. Great swimming pool!! We also loved being right on the beach. Beautiful ocean views from balcony. Very nice, clean condo that was as pictured and listing was accurate. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler a definite plus. Good communication with manager. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was just as lovely as the pictures showed! The kitchen was fully equipped… And even had a large George Foreman grill! I highly recommend this unit, and our group would love to come back another time!

Our family enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores and the San Carlos offered us a great property to relax and enjoy the area. The 3 bedroom/3 bath combination was perfect for our family!

Great location! The condo was clean and spacious. My husband and I brought our teenage daughter and a friend. Each had their own room and bathroom. The elevators were fast, so being on the 19th floor was fine. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were handy for the days we didn’t spend the whole day at the beach. The chair rental for those full days at the beach was located right at the end of the walkway, as well as parasailing, jet skis, and Banana Boats. The views from the balcony were a plus! Would stay at San Carlos again.

Perfect Beach Vacation
Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The unit was fully stocked, including a great assortment of beach items like chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. There was even a wagon to haul it all the few steps to the beach. The location is also amazing! 15 minute walk (or less) to The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and several souvenir shops. The Sea and Suds bar/restaurant next door was great too. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay
The location of this property was perfect! The beach wasn’t as busy as other parts due to lack of public access which was nice. It fit our family of 10 perfectly with the bunk rooms. Easy to walk to some places close by. If it weren’t so hot, we probably would have done that more often. The floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors and view of the beach were beautiful! Would love to stay again.

Loved the colors in this condo and it was spacious enough for my whole family including grandparents. Location was great - lots of things to do within walking distance. Excellent view from 19th floor and elevators were speedy. I would definitely book this condo again when I come to this area!

Convenient location, nice set up, fast elevators, great pool & beach accessories, comfy furniture. Dryer took a little longer than expected, one bedroom was pretty warm for the kids but we had plenty of space! Convenient parking, pool side chairs would have made it a little better rather than loungers. This specific condo was very nicely decorated & had all kitchen gadgets you could need. We enjoyed it very much.

Perfect condo for family trip
The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious enough for our family to stay in comfortably and everyone have their own personal space. Easy access and convenient location. On top of the world
19th floor overlooking the gulf! Dolphin viewing with coffee on the balcony each morning. The kids used the flashlights to spot crabs on the beach at night. The boys used the gym every night to stay is shape for spring sports. It was a perfect spot for the Auburn kids to join the rest of the family for the weekend. We arrived super late, but night security was able to get us our parking passes and bracelets. (located on the third floor) The unit was clean and well appointed. Tons of parking on-site with a massive lot across the street. Beach toy closet was helpful and saved a lot of money on skim boards and beach chairs. Thanks for letting us stay!
