Welcome to our home away from home. We are so glad you are here!! Island Shores 154 is a 2 bed 2 full bath condo located Gulf Front!! Go to sleep and wake up to the views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the place you have been looking for.
We just completed a full remodel (Jan. 2025). Our unit is on the bottom floor. Walk out the door directly to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores Alabama. Island Shores is located .6 miles East of the Highway 59 intersection, which is the heart of Gulf Shores.



Island Shores is within walking distance to shops, dining, fishing and nightlife. Island Shores is a low density 6 story complex with only 60 units.

Complex amenities include: Internet, WiFi, cable, outdoor swimming pool, boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower and a credit card-operated laundry room on the ground floor.

All New Furniture!!!!
The Master Bedroom has a brand new memory foam king mattress. It also has a 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan and attached full bath.

The brand new fully renovated Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need during your stay. Included are a drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, blender, toaster and crock pot. An abundant supply of cooking utensils and cookware. The kitchen opens up to the 4 top dining room table.

In the Living Room, you will find floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead to panoramic Gulf Views. The sunsets are amazing!!! The sofa is also a full size sofa sleeper. Two swivel chairs add to comfortability. It also has a 50" smart tv if you get tired of looking at the ocean.

The Second Bedroom has a new queen memory foam mattress. It has a beautiful ocean view along with a 43" Smart TV on the wall.
There is a full second bathroom for guest to use.

The first level views of the ocean make it feel like you are sitting on the white sandy beaches.

Perfect Stay
We loved everything about this condo! The location is great for going back and forth from Gulf Shores to Orange Beach for dinner. Don't let the bottom floor scare you off. The convenience of walking right out the door and being only a 30 second walk from the beach is well worth giving up a high rise view! Everything was exactly like it was pictured and we had no issues during our stay. I will definitely book this condo again.

We loved this place!! Our suite could not have been in a more perfect location. Direct access to the beach. Perfect parking for unloading/reloading your car and 24/7 security guard! Very clean and had a bonus of an onsite ice bag vending machine. They even had a closet full of beach gear. Tent, chairs and toys . We also had a great time at the pool ! 10/10 recommend!!

Relaxing & fun stay
Very nice place! Nothing super fancy but clean and plenty of space for our family of 5. Beach location was great! Steps from the beach and within a couple mins walking distance of many beach stores and restaurants, but the beach wasn't super crowded since it is not a public beach access point. Condo has pretty much everything you need cookware wise, including a blender. We had a great time.

Great time! So so wonderful that it is so close beach! First floor which was a huge plus! Kitchen is quite tight as you come in but!:) I don’t suggest more than 4 staying there just tight quarters. Communication with owner was easy clear and made everything easy!

This property was easy to get on the beach with the private walkway. No frills, close to shops, pool was good, security took their role SERIOUSLY. We would use this space again. Owner was responsive to questions, check in/out easy. I would suggest this to friends and family.

Location & Comfort!
As others have said, the location (right on the beach, accessible by a breezeway right by the unit) is fantastic. We didn’t hear a ton of noise from others outside… I mean yes, we could hear people walking by on occasion but it didn’t bother us at all. The unit wasn’t huge but had everything we needed: super comfortable beds, a comfy couch, and nice chairs outside. The owner was helpful and responsive with my questions before and during our stay, and kindly reminded us to bring things often forgotten, which I appreciated! Having keyless entry was fantastic and check-in/out were a breeze. The only thing I’d have liked is another seat or two outside, but those that were there were comfortable and sturdy!

Location is Key
This condo is located just steps from the Gulf, helping make it a bonus on location. The unit is nicely kept but it's starting to show it's age. We love the Gulf Shores area and hope to return. There are many nice restaurants, several within walking distance. The state park has a walking trail and is also close by.

Very Nice Location
We really enjoyed the stay here. It was conveniently located right by the breezeway so we just had to turn the corner to get to the beach which our children (and our legs lol) LOVED! Don’t really care much for the community laundry room just because not everyone is “clean” and considerate. They did provide a startup roll of paper towel and toilet tissue in each bathroom; however, I would highly recommend bringing your own as both were extremely rough and hard to use. It was conveniently located near shops and eateries. One downside is that the unit was not locked when we originally arrived, and the maintenance lady seemed to insinuate that we had done something wrong when we contacted her the next day. We used our provided code and the door opened despite flashing red so we figured it may have been a glitch with the door lock itself. However, we discovered the next day that the door code was never properly programmed and did not lock automatically after a few seconds as those locks usually do…luckily we were able to use the actual lock on the backside to lock the door that first night. Overall, very nice location and we would definitely recommend staying here with friends or a family with small children. Good location for anyone.

Best condo in gulf shores
This was the 2nd time I have stayed in this condo and it is literally the best place to stay on the beach. Comfortable, roomy, the best beds, and always super clean and well stocked with needed kitchen resources and towels/sheets. Great location for beach access and walking distance to pier and shops. Will absolutely stay again.
