Milty's Martini is one of Gulf Shores premier Beachfront Homes and a wonderful Vacation Rental for your family. Enjoy a beautiful beachfront pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).

Gorgeous Gulffront luxury family beach house, directly on the beach, with lots of luxury touches. This is a perfect home for a large family gathering or reunion, or a retreat with friends. Large living areas provide plenty of room for relaxing together but you'll also enjoy spacious bedrooms and gathering areas on each floor. There are a total of 7 spacious bedrooms, 7 and a half baths spread over 3 floors.

First floor has Large Open Living Room with Graciously Appointed Kitchen, Dining Area, Breakfast Bar with stools & more. Milty's Martini has all of the comforts you'll want from Beautiful Beach Views to an Amazing, Huge Kitchen, Private Baths for each bedroom and 2 Laundries. The 1st Floor King Master opens to the Gulffront Porch and has an Expansive Bath with a huge shower, water closet and double vanity. You'll also find a Laundry Room and Half Bath on this level.

The 2nd Floor has a Family Room and a total of 4 King Bedrooms, each with a Private Bath. There are 3 Beachfront King Bedrooms opening to the Big Beachfront Porch. There is also King Lagoon-view Bedroom, and a laundry room completing this level.

The 3rd Floor has a Playroom with a large Smart HDTV and 2 Spacious Bedrooms, one with a King plus a Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle, one with a King plus a Twin Bed. Each has a private bath.

On the Ground Floor you'll find a Large Covered Area. There is a Wooden Beach Walkover through your Backyard Dunes & Sea Oats for Easy Beach Access. You'll even find an Extra Refrigerator in the ground level foyer so you can keep beverages cold just steps from the beach.

Milty's Martini is 4 miles west of Hwy 59 so you feel away from it all, but are only minutes from Gulf Shores array of restaurants, shops and attractions. Nearby Lagoon Pass is wonderful for fishing, hermit crab hunting and more. Enjoy the water park, go carts, putt-putt and more, all just a few miles away. Within a half hour you can see historic Ft Morgan or the National Naval Air Museum and Blue Angels flight team. Large outlet mall 8 miles north in Foley. Parasailing and jet ski rentals are 2.5 miles west. There are a number of good golf courses and marinas in the Gulf Shores area and even dolphin watching cruises.

Milty's Getaway!
This was the absolute best property! The pool was wonderful as well as the fully stocked kitchen! We had a slight mishap with the upstairs air conditioning but the problem was fixed fast!! The maintenance was there within 30 minutes! Gorgeous home and we can not wait to book again soon!! Wonderful location with all the perfect amenities in one house!

Great House and Location
House was perfect for our growing family. It was stocked to the gills. Really enjoyed the 3 refrigerators, ice maker, and big kitchen. First time we have been able to all sit at one table as a family and eat and converse. Steps away from the beach via a short private walkway. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool after beach activities. Great to have 3 separate TV watching areas to help abate the noise and lessen the chaos of vacationing with a big family. Also ample washing machines and dryers placed at perfect locations. Would consider renting again. We had a few cleanliness issues, but management was quick to rectify.

HOUSE AND LOCATION WAS PERFECT. LARGE FAMILY WITH LITTLE ONES AND NEVER FELT CRAMPED. MULTIPLE FRIGS, STOVE/OVENS, AND WASHER/DRYERS CAME IN SO HANDY. SUPER SHORT WALK TO BEACH WAS AWESOME CAUSE THE LITTLE ONES DID IT ON THEIR OWN. ONE OF THE 2ND FLOOR BEDROOMS DIDN'T HAVE THEIR OWN BATHROOM WHICH MADE IT A LITTLE TRICKY AMONG ADULTS BUT REALLY NO BIG DEAL. EXTRA LIVING AREAS ON 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS MADE THINGS VERY NICE IF DIFFERENT FAMILIES WANTED TO WATCH DIFFERENT THINGS ON TV. POOL AREA WAS PERFECT AND SO NICE TO BE GATED OFF SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE LITTLE ONES. OVERALL VERY VERY GREAT PLACE FOR LARGE FAMILY VACATION.

We absolutely loved our stay at Milty's! There were 12 of us and we had room to spare. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was PLENTY of space for us to eat and hang out. We spent most of our time on the beach or at the pool, but we also were very comfortable inside. There was tons of space for moody teens to get away from the group, little kids to run around, and adults to relax. The location is amazing. The beach was fantastic. We saw dolphins everyday. We love to explore and there were miles of beach to walk and find crabs. There were so many chairs for us to relax in outside and inside. It is far enough away from the busy "city" area to be quiet and feel secluded, but close enough to get to restaurants and stores with just a short drive. The two of everything kitchen made life very easy. There was plenty of storage, room to cook, and seating for us to eat (inside and outside). The ice machine was a big hit. Multiple washers/dryers made packing light easy--especially because you need beach towels. We chose to heat the pool in April and it was worth the money. I think the only complaint I heard during our stay was that the water in the shower was a little unpredictable. The bedroom set up worked very well for our extended family to be together, but have some privacy with bathroom/bedrooms that were spacious. We would love to stay again!!

It is a great property for a large group-great location and very spacious. But if your group has anyone with physical issues, there are lots of steps to get in the house and then only one bedroom on the main floor with many more steps to the other bedrooms.

Only issue was that the site said heated pool, but I was informed that there was no heater. Wasn't a problem this year because the weather was warm enough to not be an issue. Will be staying again.

Love a house that can seat everyone for dinner!! 14 in our family group from 16 months to 70!! House was perfect! every bedroom had on-suite bathrooms plus an additional powder room! Icemaker /beverage frig/beer fridge and then two full size refrigerators in the kitchen-space was never a problem!! Kitchen decently stocked with what you would need and plenty of room for multiple cooks!! Easy access to beach and nice little pool was a plus!!

The house’s location/view/beach access, decor, cleanliness, soundproofing, and equipment exceeded my expectations. For our five adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren, it made the perfect place for our reunion. Every family had its own bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and each of the three levels had its own tv area with lounging furniture. We brought our own beach towels, pop-up tent, food, soap and shampoo. The three washing machines made laundry easy—detergent and softener are provided, yet we bought our own as well as dishwasher detergent and paper towels. The house is stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, bar ware, cookware, bakeware, three refrigerators, two dishwashers, a hidden microwave, two toasters, an ice maker and a wine fridge. Outside are beach chairs, beach umbrella, buckets, shovels, and boogie boards. No need to worry about who gets which room because they’re all quiet and although all but two have a great ocean view, no daylight hours are spent there anyway. All rooms were cool and comfortable. The Pensacola airport is an hour and fifteen minute drive. No bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Everyone in the family loved it.
